We had a great guide Patrick Walsh & driver Brian. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the Tour route and places we visited. He was also very interested in Oscar Wilde and shared a lot of stories and quotes on Oscar Wilde. Altogether a very good day and the sun shone which of course is a big plus.

Giants Causeway and the Dark Edges were awesome! But the best part of our tour was our driver Peter, and the tour guide Noel. Titanic was A little too crowded and very unorganized. But overall well worth seeing.

We enjoyed every bit of the trip. Jeff and Godfrey were a good driver and tour guide respectively. All the stories and places were worth it

I did the Giant’s Causeway and Titanic tour in Belfast and I had a blast! The tour started at the 31-35 Cheschire St right outside the Top Shop located diagonally across from The Garrick Bar (the Kavanaugh & Sons bus arrived right where the bus stops are located). Easy check in – our tour guide for the day, Luke, was a cheery lad. He asked for our names and checked against his list and off we went to grab the remaining vacant seats on the luxury bus. The bus arrived with passengers from Dublin but there were still plenty of empty seats. The AC was turned on at full capacity (and we were told that it needed to stay on because the bus could get hot fairly quickly and it would take 45 minutes to get the AC running again if it got turned off)…so be sure to bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets too cold inside the bus. Our first stop was at the castle where Game of Thrones was filmed (the scene where Theon Greyjoy met his sister). The castle was a distance away so it wasn’t like you could explore it but it was a nice scenery nonetheless. Next we were taken to the Giant’s Causeway – we were given almost 2 hours here which I thought was a bit too long of an excursion. I finished my walk back and forth in less than an hour with an extra hour just sitting and waiting to be picked up. Be sure to wear a good pair of walking shoes because the rocks could be slippery with tough terrain to balance yourself as you make your way across the Causeway. Beautiful sceneries throughout the day. If you’re concerned about bathroom breaks, don’t be because there are plenty of stops for that throughout the day and there are also shops everywhere for you to get food and drinks. Next, we made a few more stops at various points of interest (although they were nothing to write home about even though all were nice) until finally we were taken back to Belfast to visit the Titanic Museum. If you’re a fan of the Titanic (ship or movie, doesn’t matter), then you owe it to yourself to check this museum out. There’s a lot of history here. This is where they built the original Titanic ship and also where James Cameron filmed his 1997 blockbuster. In fact, the studio is still present, tucked not too far behind the museum itself. The cool thing about the Titanic museum is the 6 minute ride located on the 4th floor (a la Disneyland’s the Haunted Mansion ride) that takes you on a tour down Titanic memory lane showing you how the ship was made, etc. This was an awesome tour and well worth the price. In fact, considering the cost of admission ticket, gas and convenience of being chauffered from one place to the next, this is a great deal that’s too good to pass up. Highly recommended. Luke was also a great tour guide – he knows his history and provides it to you in real time throughout the tour even while the bus is driving. Luke talks history with some added humor. I’m really glad that I did this tour. It was nothing short of fun and amazing – although I was pretty tired by the time we got to the Titanic museum (around 15:00-ish) but it was all well worth it. After the Titanic experience, we were dropped off in front of Belfast city hall, which was a short distance away from our pickup point.

What a wonderful tour! My son and I enjoyed it all. Would have liked more time at the Dark Hedges and the little cafe after Giants Causeway and would have loved to add in Hennessy’s. Listening to Van Morrison during the ride was perfect! And knowing my cousin (Roy McILROY) was playing that day was also a treasure. The tour guide took terrific pictures of us and the bus driver was sweet as can be. Would (and have) recommended the tour to others! Thank you.

Thank you, good time! Covered so much. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see these Northern Ireland sites without the hassle of driving yourself.

If we could fault anything it would be the confusing pickup time and place from Belfast city centre. It would helpful and less tense if bus details are confirmed as well on the day.
But other than that, the tour was great. Saw a lot of amazing things and Noel and the driver were patient. Husband and I enjoyed Giants Causeway and of course Titanic. Bargain of a tour!

  9. Andrea_H

The giant causeway was amazing and the Titantic museum very informative. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.

  11. Marion_T

Giants causeway route a bit slippy but bus available to take you to shore line at a small cost but free to national trust members. Not enough time at titanic experience

  12. Maria_D

  13. Annette_Q

  15. Judy_B

The Giants Causeway, Dark Hedges & Titanic Museum we’re all worth seeing. I also really enjoyed our guides narration which went into the similarities between the Irish language and other ethnicities.

  16. Maria_E

It was a great day very informative.
A cupple of things that aren’t in the itinerary…….the singing and the flut playing and the troubles talk.
    All inall a good day.

Great time. Loved the guide and amazing to have a woman bus driver too!!! The attention to detail with the appropriate music being played was very appreciated. Really put me in the mood to visit the each site!

  18. Catherine_W

Godfrey was an amazing tour guide-he looked after us all, was very informative and even sang us an Irish song!! We had ample time at both Giants Causeway and Titanic museum plus stops on the way to take photos of points of interest. Our driver was lovely too. We were informed what clothes to wear and to bring lunch so felt well informed and prepared for our trip

  19. Julie_L

We were lucky with the weather as we had a great time at The Giants Causeway. The Titanic Museum was absolutely excellent.

  20. Kimberly_C

Seeing the giants causeway was as beautiful as always and hearing the it’s and pieces of history along the way. Was also a great way to get from Belfast to Dublin. Long but perfect day !

This tour was fantastic! Our guide, Brian, was very knowledgeable. We had an appropriate amount of time at each stop. I was traveling with my 13-year-old daughter and she loved exploring Giant’s Causeway and the Titanic Museum. So did I! When we booked, there was a note to bring a lunch with you. This is great advice. We brought sandwiches to eat while we were at Giant’s Causeway. It allowed us to have more time for exploring!
