Really enjoyed the beautiful Bushmills coast and Giants Causeway. Wifi on the bus was nice! Didn’t know what to do with the time in Belfast…should have read up in advance. City Hall has great exhibit and tour which you should sign up for online.

John was a fantastic tour guide. Pickup at the cruise port was on time and easy. The Giants Causeway was an amazing sight. We toured downtown Belfast after lunch in a lovely small town. John gave lots of informative narration on the coach. He also entertained us with his Irish songs and jokes. I definitely recommend this tour.

Patrick our guide was fantastic and funny. He made the tour very informative. He also gave us a history lesson on Ireland.

  4. Russell_Y

Our visit to Belfast was excellent thanks to a memorable visit to Giants Causeway, which is a breathtaking place to see and hike. Our stop in the city of Belfast itself was quite brief, but we got a flavor for it, and our driver and tour guide in the “Paddy Wagon” gave us an excellent history of the economics and politics of the region; the bus itself was very comfortable, included wi-fi, and made the experience even more pleasurable. We would definitely book through Viator again!

Good tour guide (John Kelly), nice itinerary, good photo stops along the way. Also, a nice lunch stop after the Giant’s Causeway!

  6. Carol_B

It was nice to see the giant’s causeway, but the rest of the trip was disappointing to say the least. We got very little commentary and the journey was so long that we had ZERO time in Belfast, which was the primary reason we took this tour.

  7. Joe_F

We did not have a shore excursion experience because the tour operator in Belfast was a “no show”. My wife and I are here celebrating our anniversary, and since we are Irish, we’re very much looking forward to seeing the homeland of our ancestors. It goes without saying, we were very frustrated and disappointed. We expect a full refund. Thank you!

  8. Daniel_C

Excellent driver and service. We were on schedule for cruise excursion. Good sightseeing trip for all of us.

  9. RICHARD_S

The guide was great but ended up quiting at the end of the day because the company had given differing descriptions of the trip to different passengers, creating a lot of conflict. The trip was delayed because of poor communication.

  10. Amy_B

Enjoyed this tour a lot! Saw beautiful scenery, learned about Ireland’s past struggles, ate at a great Cafe, got to walk around Belfast and see the Titanic Museum. Alex was a great driver and guide. So friendly and informative.

Best trip ever. I already did a very long review for you. It was an awesome excursion. Our guide was absolutely amazing.

  12. David_W

    Good guide, good narration.
He was knowledgeable about the history and got us in to areas before all the crowds

  13. Patrick_M

We waited over 1.5 hours for tour bus (supposed to be there at 7:30 am).. Waited on the cold dock until after 9:00 am, then jumped on another tour with 2 other couples. I’ve sent two emails to Viator over the past four days, and neither have even been acknowledged.

The bus was on time, comfortable, and had ample room. The locations the tour stopped at were excellent however the location for lunch was WAY overpriced averaging $20.00 USD per person for a simple and small meal. The tour guide (Jim) was an amazingly nice guy with a charming accent however, he told incessant stories that had little to nothing to do with what was being seen. This got to the point that most on the bus were talking and ignoring all commentary because it turned into rambling. Overall I would do this excursion again, however, would request a different guide.

Tom our guide is a legend humorous, knowledgeable & a fantastic guide.
He explained very clearly the history of Belfast and the story behind the Giant Causeway, fact or fiction but entertaining nevertheless

  16. Marlene_B

Richard was awesome! Very engaging and very capable at herding the slower human race 😖. The tour was not exactly as advertised as the Belfast city tour was extra money or wander unprepared for two hours in the city centre. Lunch at a wonderful country restaurant was also extra and unadvertised, but very delicious. Gorgeous scenery! Richard is great 😁👍🏻.

  17. Ellis_T

Giant’s Causeway was amazing. Our guide/driver was entertaining and smart enough to change the order to minimize crowds.

  18. Eric_C

Great value for the money! Just a reminder that the admission to the Giant’s Causeway is “free”. We almost mistakenly paid £13 for something that was free. (l likely fell asleep when our driver explained that to us).

  19. Susan_C

Richard our driver and tour guide was fantastic. He was funny and entertaining. Took us to an awesome restaurant for lunch. The Giants Causeway was amazing and the city of Belfast was very interesting. Highly recommend this tour or any Paddywaggon tours

We were told we were getting picked up at the cruise port, and they did not. They told us to take the “free” shuttle into town, that costed us money. When we finally got to the meeting location, we were told there wasn’t enough time for us to make it back to the cruise ship, so we didn’t even get to go. That ruined our whole experience in Belfast.
