Had a lovely day with Stuart’s narration- he was well versed in the history of the area as well as some anecdotes. We got to see the whole of the Northern Ireland coast and many beautiful stops en route to Giants Causeway. To say it was worthwhile is an understatement. Just be aware it is a full day tour- from about 9am – 5:30pm so be prepared for that.

Our guide was great. Gave us lots of background about the history, the origins of the names of the various places, and the myths and legends.

The giants causeway was amazing , and every stop on the way the coach driver was brilliant very witty and so knowledgeable, so much knowledge and great stories . The whole trip was amazing such a beautiful country

I’ve done a few bus tours in the past (all out of Dublin: Cliffs of Moher, Tara, Newgrange, Slane, etc.), but this was the best one yet! The structure of the day trip was very well done, with lots of smaller stops in the first half (when we all had energy) along the beautiful Antrim coast, with the Giant’s Causeway as the climax in the afternoon followed by a straight shot back to Belfast (when we had absolutely no energy left and all wanted to nap, so that was ideal). Our tour guide, Gavin, cultivated the perfect atmosphere for the trip through stories, history, and music, and elevated the trip from “really good” to “unforgettable”.

The whole experience was amazing. It showered, the sun came out , rainbows sank into the sea. Stuart the coach driver was full of interesting information throughout the tour. A do not miss experience day out !!

Comprehensive tour with adequate stops and time at the Giant’s Causeway. Photostop at Dunluce Castle view point was an added bonus. Stuart – bus driver and guide – was excellent both in terms of honestly explaining the organisation of the tour, lunch arrangements, and in keeping us entertained.
Only critiscism is that we were not advised when booking that the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge was closed to tour groups, or that the company had decided to combine the Game of Thrones tour with the Giants Causeway tour. We therefore ended up at the “Dark Hedges” which although masrginally interesting was meaningless to non-Games of Thrones fans instead of the time at the Carrick-A- Rede bridge.

Loved the scenic trip to the Antrim Coast and the Giants Causeway with stops at s few Game of Thrones locations. Convenient pickup near our hotel in Belfast. Could only view, not cross, the Carrick-a—Rede Rope Bridge but that was fine. Nice lunch stop but option to BYOL. Gorgeous scenery even in the gentle Irish rain

Great trip! It was not rushed at all . Andrew was great tour guide . The weather was great so I had an amazing time

Tour of the beautiful Irish coastline but unable to go inside castles or across the rope bridge as I’d expected. .Don’t eat the buffet at the hotel when you stop for lunch…awful. Go to the cafe instead. We would probably have enjoyed the tour more if we were Game of Thrones fans.

The whole day was excellent. The tour guide, Gavin & the driver, Kieran were very good too. Gavin was very entertaining & knowledgeable (except about the actual Game of Thrones series, lol). He explained about the various events & histories of Northern Ireland & its conflicts in such a way that was easy to understand. We were very impressed with the whole day, in general. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a great tour to the Giants Causeway with our driver and guide, Troy.
He was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and best of all funny! Thanks for the enjoyable day!

Stuart was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. We really enjoyed this tour and his great jokes !

Easy pick up and drop off in town by Coach station. Enjoyed all the stops even thou we have not watched the game of Thrones the locations we’re beautiful. Highlight was walking along the Giant Causeway, was just astounding natural creation! The walk down the hill was easy and a lovely walk back up the hill. They did have a bus for those who would have difficulty walking up the hill. Our tour guide Stuart was an excellent storyteller and kept the bus entertained throughout the day, highly recommend this tour!

A good day tour from Belfast. Good amount of time at each stop, good commentary (loved the stores about folks tales). Well organized, good at describing where to go, when to come back to the bus etc.

Without a doubt, Giants causeway was the experience I was hoping for. The Game of Thrones sights were interesting but just not a fan of the show . Stuart was very entertaining and knowledgeable about the sights. Highly recommend it.

Giants causeway. Bridge. Too much Game of thrones. Disappointed because it was not the tour we originally signed up for. Many things changed.

This was a great tour. Gavin (our tour guide) and Nigel (the driver) were great at keeping us on track to make sure we have enough time to see everything.
I was mainly interested in the Giant’s Causeway but I thoroughly enjoyed the other stops as Gavin provided lots of information on each. This is a really good way to get out of Belfast and see some more of the country while also learning some history and seeing beautiful scenery.
We opted to have lunch as the Dark Hedges stop. It it buffet style where you can get as much as you want on one plate. I definitely had more than I planned so I can’t fault the value but if you are travelling as a family you will probably find it cheaper to bring a lunch or buy sandwiches at one of the earlier stops.

Really enjoyed the trip. Spend enough time at each stop but not too much. Lunch was nice aswell. It was a Sunday so it was roast dinner.

  20. Rod_B

Not having to drive. Some of the stops were so short we spent more time getting on and off the bus than we did at the sight.

Had an amazing day tour. The whole trip was very informative. Rode in a comfortbale coach. The driver / tour guide is so knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. My son,and I were delighted to see some of scenic spots in Northern Ireland. It was definitely a remarkable experience.
