Enjoyed the tour guide and the sights. Giants causeway is the main attraction appreciated the wrap up back in Belfast and the explanation of the history of the internal conflict with a tour of important streets In Belfast

Had a great time at the giant’s causeway. Our driver, Andrew, was excellent and had a wealth of information. Even though our tour was cut short due to the cruise line, he made it a great tour!

I booked this tour specifically because it was described as being on a “smaller-sized” coach. Exiting the cruise terminal prior to the 8:00 am meeting time, we found a number of Odyssey coaches lined up. We headed to the smaller one but were told we were not on this bus. Instead, we were directed to a full-sized coach (maybe 50 people)and were told there was nothing to be done – “I have to do what my boss tells me”. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for the rest of the passengers to be loaded and thus got a late start. Things appeared to be very disorganized. Although Amanda, our guide, and Michael, our driver, provided a satisfactory experience, the large numbers of people getting on and off the coach at each stop made for a less-than-pleasant day. I don’t like large group tours for this reason and I will be reluctant to choose or trust Viator again.

The incredible scenery. The tour was well organized and we really enjoyed the guide.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Belfast

It’s a great tour, especially the giants causeway is great to see. Cruise ship arrived later than scheduled but operator managed to get you back in time.
TERESITA_L –
Good itineraries except not enough time to see other areas after the Giant Causeway. Tour guide/driver Ian was quick and got us in areas before bigger buses with load of tourists arrived
Tami_K –
The Giants Causeway was fabulous, well worth visiting, but definitely do not use Odyssey Tours. The shuttle from the Causeway back to the bus was really slow and we arrived 15 minutes late to our bus (which was our fault, we should have allowed more time) The bus left without us. We called Odyssey to find out what to do and no one was in the office. I called several times and finally got someone who was driving a bus and said he would have to call me once he stopped. He did call back, but our tour guide from Odyssey had not given us an itinerary, we didnt know where we were going, it was difficult to find out where we should go to meet up with the group. The office had no idea we had been left. When we finally met up with the group the group leader had no idea we were missing. Very disorganized tour group, would not recommend them at all, but would definitely recommend the Giants Causeway, just do not use Odyssey!

The tour was well organised and covered a drive around Belfast which was interesting. The Giants Causeway was not as big as I had expected but was good to cross it off my bucket list

The awesome scenery, our bus driver who navigated some impossible roads, the knowledgeable and personable narrator and the awareness of the two for keeping within our time limits. Been to Ireland 3 previous times and were determined to see The Giants Causeway. Interesting.
Michael_P –
Action packed day for more than 8.1/2 hours. The Causeway was just part of it. Many stops at various places. The tour guide Amanda was brilliant as was the driver. And such value for money. For any cruisers do not buy a ship tour, buy this one. Also for cruisers, at Giants causeway , if you don’t have National Trust membership you can’t get into the gift shop to buy souvenirs. Totally ridiculous and how short sighted of the National Trust. Also the service at the hotel is very slow … but still such a fabulous day.

A full day of scenic views and history with commentary by the tour guide and coach driver. Interesting facts and humour and a song or two along the way.

From start to finish this trip kept giving, with our wonderful tour guide Amanda and Paddy, our expert driver, we seen more places than we expected. We were safe in the hands of both these lovely warm welcoming people. The tour was full of facts and information from beginning to end and unlike some tours we’ve been on, it was never boring.
Paddy even sang for us!
Take this trip, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Amanda and Paddy. You made our cruise around Ireland the best!! XX

Excellent tour. The guide was great with knowledgeable comments and insights to share. The time was a little rush at each location but the site is excellent.
