Organization was great! Pick-up was smooth and fast, bus was spacious, guide was really good and knowleadgable about Mayans and the place we were visiting and the buffet lunch was exceptional.
There is only one thing I didn’t like and these are the prices in that one Mayan shop we visited where we had lunch. I mean, the prices were over the top x10. I know that a lot of that money goes for the community but you can’t charge 80US$ for little necklace.

Great experience! Our tour guides were Marcella and Abel. The best part of the day was visiting Chichen Itza and the actual tour. The tour guide company could have been more straightforward and clear about where the pickup was- we selected the VIP option to be picked up at our hotel, and our tour guide company was unable to do so and provided a general area of where to pick us up. Given we don’t know Mexico, it was frustrating having to follow these vague instructions. The Mayan handcrafted gift shop was wildly overpriced- I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from there. Otherwise, transportation was great and Marcella and Abel were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Marcela was a wonderful guide, helpful, friendly & funny both in Spanish & English! So many wonderful activities packed into one day and all of it was incredible! Ivan, the driver got us to & from each activity safely & comfortably. Chichen Itza, the cenote & stops along the way were all amazing & it’s hard to pick a highlight! Make sure you bring a towel & change of clothes, plenty of cash for tips & souvenirs, most spots accept card too. Buy some snacks while you’re out for the day to have on the bus back. It’s a big day, you will be tired & hungry by the end but it is definitely worth it!
