Awesome Experience! Our guide, Sesar, is a local perdon who knows a lot about Mayan history and culture. As he tells the story of the temple, it is as if one were there. The itinerary was very well organized and the scenery is very beautiful.

Good communication before hand and i liked knowing the timings for the day. Guided tour was good and tour guide was interesting with free time after to take photos. Lunch and Cenote was good and definitely worth it, however I recommend you do a more open cenote like blue Azul on a seperate day as I enjoyed that more. Stop in valladolid was nice and short to take a few photos and buy a drink. Tour is quite large so takes a while to pick everyone up from the different locations, however was the best value I could find

The day started with hotel pickup. When they say be 10 min early, be 10 min early! Very efficient transfer to tour bus. Alan our guide was funny, full of information, easy to understand and very personable. His partner, Victor was also ver helpful and nice. The bus driver, Eduardo, was also very nice and we felt very safe in our travels. Having a guided tour at Chichen Itza was invaluable! Just going there and trying to read I informational signs in Spanish would not have been very educational. The cenote was very refreshing and beautiful and the buffet was delicious. I only wish we could have had just a little more time in Valladolid but this was a full day totally worth doing!

The most memorable parts were definitely the wonder of the world, Chichén Itza. Although I would have liked to have more time to explore the site, since there is a lot to see. We had a guided tour of 45 min and after that we had 1 hour to take photos.
Afterwards, we went to the Cenote Chichikan, which was really beautiful. The buffet lunch in the restaurant next to the Cenote was really good!
The last stop was at Valladolid, a super picturesque little town, but we only had roughly 30 min time to walk around the plaza, which was definitely not enough time.
All in all, I would have given the tour 5 stars, if we had at all three stops 30 min more time.
The tour was much shorter than stated in the description, which said 11 hours. After 8,5 hours we were back at the meeting point.

This was an amazing tour. Victor, Elias, and Pachiro did a fantastic job of explaining the history, nuances, and answering all our questions. We had a great group, met promptly at 7:40, and followed the itinerary well. The cenote was my favorite part, make sure you bring waterproof shoes! Valladolid was also a nice break on the road. I really recommend this tour to anyone!!

Chichen Itza is amazing, no wonder it’s one of the seven wonders, you won’t realize that unless you heard the guide told you the reason behind. Our tour guide Cesar is the best guide ever met, humorous knowledgeable and taking care of almost everyone. Really recommend this tour operated by Sat Mexico.

It was a very well organized trip.
Everything was on time.
Lunch buffet was very delicious with lots of options to chose from.
I had opted for all incullusive tickets that way you dont need to worry about any other costs like entry tickets and life jackets.
It was truely all inclusive option.
Tour guide Miriam was very knowlagable. Driver edurado was really smooth and kind.
Elias who was helping with arrnagements was also kind and considerate.
I would definitely recommend taking this trip which covers all 3 attractions very well.

Well organized tour, 100% recommend. Company responds promptly and we got our itinerary before. I feel if people do not give this tour a good review its because they don’t read what they pay for. We paid for the All inclusive, which is pricier but well worth it, also less money to care with you. Keep in mind this is a all day tour about 12hrs, do pack snacks and eat breakfast as you will not eat lunch until about 2pm. Overall both guides Alan and Mike did a great job explaining everything in English and Spanish. Our driver Alfredo was a safe driver.
