Overall very good. We got the 2 hour cruise covering upstream and downstream. The downstream to Docklands was better with better scenery. The captain I thought was very good, had a bit of humor that may appeal to older customers like me. my 27 year old son thought humor was dry. Only issue was that the tour was 2.5 hour long, 15 minutes late departing, and 15 minutes longer with an extra stop on opposite bank from Southbank. Also free coffee and tea was not available. Perhaps allow people to bring their own beverages, including beer and wine.

We went up & down on the Yarra river 1-1 hour to each direction. As the boat turns, you don’t need to worry about missing a spot – just remember where to look on your way back. The boat is average, but well equipped (clean restroom, open deck at the back, good coffee/tea for free incl.) Great experience, very friendly staff, could not recommend enough!

We enjoyed this tour and felt it was a very good value. The boat was good, easy to access and viewing was good, it rained during our trip and we were able to stay dry. In our opinion the downstream 1/2 of the tour was preferable to the upstream portion if you are doing the 1/2 tour.
