We had a great time with Nobu as our guide for the day. He met us at the Tsukiji Honganji (temple) and we explored Tsukiji market and the Hamarikyu gardens. He also showed us how to use the subway and we went to Ueno and Asakusa neighborhoods for more sightseeing. We shared a delicious pork katsu lunch. As first time visitors to Japan, it was helpful to learn from Nobu throughout the day!

Nice introduction to Tokyo. I was provided the name and contact info for our tour guide prior to arrival. Kozee (our guide) worked with me to plan our day and helped us learn the metro and assisted us in turning in our JR Pass vouchers. Kozee also ensured we saw all we wanted to see and even a few additions not on our list. I have a slight disability and Kozee ensured I took breaks and slowed down when needed. Highly recommend – it was a great day (even with rain).

We booked a 6hr tour and could not have chosen a better tour guide to welcome us to Tokyo. We had an itinerary of locations we wanted to see and Kazu not only hit on all of spots, he alsk took us to some hidden gems. He was extremely helpful in getting around and made us feel very comfortable navigating Tokyo on our first day. We truly enjoyed his company and appreciate his knowledge of the city.

Steve was an excellent guide and had prepared well for our day. We learnt so much and he was happy to answer all our questions. We saw all the things we wanted and enjoyed the train service and the delicious food at the restaurant he chose for us.

6hr Tokyo Tour started in our hotel lobby, it was our first time in Japan. Our local guide Hiro showed us how to navigate the subway, criss-crossing the city using our Welcome Suica cards. We visited a lot of tourist attractions with Hiro giving us information and stories about each visit. We loved the Meji Jingo Shrine, the Imperial Palace gardens and the best shopping districts just to name a few. Hiro took us to a Japanese restaurant for lunch which was a great experience. We where very happy with our tour!

Did a tour with kenji kasama – covering Meiji shrine, Shinjuku, Shibuya, asakusa senso ji etc Excellent experience with a patient and knowledgeable guide. Experiencing local transport, walking and being unhurried made the trip very memorable.

Taka was a fantastic tour guide. He was very organised, knew exactly how to get to places and was very informative about the history of the places we went to. He took us to a great ramen place for lunch in Shibuya. He was very adaptable on the day as my husbands watch had broken so we took a detour to buy a new one. The tour made our time in Tokyo amazing and we would never have seen so much on our own. As we were only in Tokyo 2.5 days this was very good for us. Thank you Taka. I hope your wish at the temple came true!

My husband and I had the pleasure of a day in Tokyo with An who was just wonderful . We have done many tours in different countries and can honestly say this was the best! We only had one day but feel An provided a superb overview of this large city. We understand so much more about the culture and visited 4 different areas by various forms of transport . An is so gentle and kind and even ran over to purchase some cough sweets for me when I had a throat tickle . Honestly cannot recommend a tour with An enough!

We had Kenji as our tour guide and he was great! He met us at our hotel lobby and was very punctual. He was very informative and kept things fun.

I was hoping a customizable tour would allow us to see what we wanted to see at the right pace. However the communication with our guide was not what I had hoped and we learned very few facts about Japan and even our limited conversation was a challenge. In addition, we had requested that we see the Imperial palace. However, the guide suggested we see the gardens and the double bridge, which we did, but we were not able to see the imperial Palace at all as it was not available to see by anyone at any time, I wish I had known that fact before we had decided to go to the imperial Palace grounds in the first place. We did get a better flavor of Tokyo, but not sure it was worth the price.

I traveled to some of the places almost 20 years ago. To revisit those places, the feeling is so warm.

We had An (Atsuko Ando) and she was absolutely great. She went above and beyond. Even before we got to Tokyo, she reached out ahead of time a few times to create an itinerary based on our interests. She even checked that the restaurant we chose for lunch had allergy-friendly options. She was knowledgeable, engaging and very thoughtful. He was in every detail. She asked us to book our water bus and Tokyo Skytree tickets ahead of time to save time and standing in lines. She was also great with our son, engaging him in conversation and suggesting things that would peak his interest. All in all, I highly recommend her.

We really enjoyed our tour with our guide Ando (An). She speaks very good English and she provided many historical insights and other interesting information about Japanese people and life in Tokyo. She happily answered the numerous questions we had. It was great experience!

Great city. Our guide was kind and friendly. He guided us trough the city in places that are not necessarily designated for the tourist. We had a great experience.

11/7/23 – We had pre arranged for a private tour in Tokyo during our recent visit to Japan. Our guide, Masa, met us at our hotel as planned and brought us to see many of the city highlights which included: the Tsukiji Fish Market, the Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street, Imperial Palace and Gardens, & Nijubashi Bridge, Shibuya Crossing, and the Meiji Shrine. It was a jam packed day of sightseeing. Masa was very knowledgeable, and informative providing us with great insight and history of the sights along the way and navigated us around the city perfectly. He even took us to one of his favorite sushi places for lunch which was incredible! A great day in Tokyo with Masa! We would definitely recommend this tour!

Masa was an amazing tour guide. We had a very large group and he kept us all together while always keeping in mind of the wheelchair we had. He was friendly, knowledgeable and found us an amazing lunch place.

Our tour with Mr. Suzuki was awesome! He arranged an itinerary that fit our timeframe and areas we wanted to see, and yet was flexible along the way to help us with subway questions as well as to help us with booking a bullet train for the following day. He had good knowledge of every site we visited and was able to answer all of our questions. We could never have navigated the subway system and gotten to all of the locations in a day without him. And he made it enjoyable too! We highly recommend this day tour!

Mr Suzuki was excellent. He had great knowledge of the city and took us to lots of different attractions. He was very nice to talk to and respectful of what we wanted to do.

Even though our tour guide was a kind and sweet person, his English wasn’t fluent and his accent was super difficult to understand . My husband and I had a hard time during the entire 6 hours basically we went alone and misguided the entire tour . A refund will be fair
