Excellent trip. Everything went on time and it was value for money. Jim was a courteous and experienced driver and I felt very safe in the coach. Lucy was a font of Knowledge not only regarding Bath and Stonehenge but also about London itself . She was quirky and engaging. We had a super day.

Bath was a gorgeous city and the bath ruins wonderful. Stonehenge was amazing and the tour navigated the process there very well. Great tour and thanks yo Pablo and Antonio!

Two great places to visit, tour bus driver Dan did a fine job getting us there and back. The reason we rated it average was the tour guide Amanda’s accent was so strong we found it difficult to understand and when we could her commentary was a bit underwhelming.

Windswept Stonehenge, in driving rain, was a moody, moving experience.
Guide Nicholas was knowledgeable, witty and efficient.

When I arrived at 8:00am for my 8:30 tour to Stonehenge and Bath I was informed by Golden Tours that my tour had been changed to Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor Castle which departed at 8:00 am. They did accommodate me and a friend with the currently departing tour to Stonehenge. I am requesting from Viator a refund from my original booking to the one I actually received. Thank you

Pablo and Dan made this tour to Stonehenge and Bath a wonderful day for our family. Pablo gave us great historical perspective at every stop and en route, sharing tips for touring London as well, and made sure everyone knew how to navigate home from the drop off point. Dan even took pictures for our family holiday card! Fun day I would recommend to all.

Being in the midst of a blizzard made the experience of Stonehedge all the more dramatic. A breathtaking example of mother nature enhancing one of the more extraordinary achievements of the human racer

Our tour guide Mr. Morton and bus driver Mr. Chris were fabulous! Mr. Morton made all the difference on the trip, explaining much of what we saw, calling out key places on the drive, being clear about our plans and timelines and leading us around Bath. He even gave us tube directions from Gloucester station back to Piccadilly! Mr. Chris drove us safely and comfortably. I would highly recommend this trip and want to thank both gentlemen for a wonderful experience!

It wasn’t a trip I expected.
First of all I have booked a English only trip but later got to know it’s in Spanish as well which takes out half of the fun
Secondly stay at Berth was very short .The whole purpose I choose this trip was to spend good amount of time in just two places. if I had to just spend an hour or 2, I would have gone ahead with multi places trip.

The Tour Guide Ari was very knowledgeable of the history of Stonehenge and the City of Bath. She was also very professional, as well as caring. The coach driver was a fantastic driver. I definitely recommend this tour, without the other extras, if you want to be able to soak in the history and beauty of Stonehenge and Bath.

Having previously had a pleasant experience on a different tour managed by the Golden Tour company, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my expectations were quickly dashed once I arrived at the designated meeting point. I spent a few minutes trying to find my group until I came upon an employee of Golden Tour. After inquiring about my tour, I was informed that it was cancelled! According to the employee, sometimes tours get cancelled when not enough people sign up. The employee went on to say that TripAdvisor should have informed me about the cancellation. Later, when I contacted TripAdvisor about this, they informed me they received no notice of cancellation from Golden Tour. Apparently, however, Golden Tour did move me to a different tour, the Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath Day Tour from London. This tour was supposed to have already left but, due to engine problems, the start of the tour was postponed and I was able to join.
When selecting a tour, I specifically chose the option with only two stops to better enjoy each experience. These three stops are hours apart from one another and I was concerned that I would feel rushed. Given that I had no choice now since I was given no advanced notice and no time to make other arrangements, I agreed to partake in this tour instead. In addition, due to the engine trouble, this substitute tour started almost an hour later than planned. This made the rest of the day feel incredibly rushed. By the time we got to Bath, the destination I was most excited to explore, we were behind schedule and had to speed through the excursion. Honestly, I wish we had just skipped this last stop at that point as the hours long drive to get to Bath was not worth how little time you get to spend out there. Also, due to the incredibly tight timeline, there is no scheduled time to eat. Make sure you think about what you’re willing to skip seeing on the excursions in order to eat. You aren’t allowed to eat or drink on the buses either.
Another aspect of this tour switcheroo that I didn’t appreciate was that the Golden Tour employees kept telling me how “lucky” I was that they “upgraded” me to this tour. Not only is there a complete lack of accountability, but it wasn’t even a true upgrade. Since the Windsor Castle stop was added to my itinerary, you would expect the company to provide a ticket to Windsor Castle, right? Wrong. If I wanted to go inside Windsor Castle, I would have had to que in line at Windsor to purchase my own ticket. Absolutely absurd. Bottom line, if you are considering this tour, think over whether you are more interested in quantity or quality. If you are wanting to snap a few quick pictures and grab some souvenirs, then this tour is probably worth it. If you want to spend time at these locations and explore, I recommend looking into other options.

Bath is a nice town and lots to see will visit again. Only comment is the meeting point in London bus stop 1 where the taxi driver don’t even know how to bring us there we almost miss the trip thanks to your guys help in locating us. Thank you

Our guide, Therese, was incredibly knowledgeable and energetic. She even played traditional songs from the region. We were on schedule and it was a great experience.
EILEEN_T –
Stonehenge and bath were both beautiful.
Long drive out to them so I was glad to be on a bus with ac. Wifi was spotty. Guide was awesome.
Ellen_C –
We didn’t care for our tour guide Therese. She was abrasive and yelled at the driver, the passengers who joined our tour bc they missed their other one, and even the entire bus when we didn’t answer loud enough to get ‘Good morning.” She chose her favorite passenger Sylvia, and just focused the tour conversation to Sylvia, for example, calling her over loudspeaker to wake up.
We got Stonehenge brochure AFTER we had left and arrived in Bath. Poor planning on when to give it to us! We had to also listen to Therese sing on the bus. No thank you.
Other than the rude tour guide and her own agenda, the sites were magnificent, just wished we had more time in Bath.
