Lamentablemente la realidad no se corresponde con lo que se ofrece.
En la descripción de la actividad se menciona que habrá un desayuno de café, te y aperitivos antes de subir a bordo: en nuestro caso, no hubo nada.
Se anuncia en idioma español: ni una palabra.
Y sobre todo, las fotografías y la descripción de la actividad que se hace en la página web reflejan que “volará lentamente sobre las piscinas de blanco travertino de Pamukkale y las ruinas de Hierápolis”. Las piscinas las observamos a bastante distancia, cuando, de los 20 globos que volaron ese mismo día, hubo unos pocos que sí se posaron prácticamente encima: el nuestro no. Las ruinas de Hierápolis apenas las puedes vislumbrar.
Eso sí, si lo que buscas únicamente es un “bautizo” de vuelo en globo, sí puede servirte éste. De lo contrario no lo recomiendo.

Nos gustó pero quedamos muy decepcionados porque el señor que manejaba el globo, no nos contaba nada de los lugares sobre los que estábamos ni nos respondía las preguntas sobre los lugares, hablamos en inglés para otras cosas pero para esas cosas puntuales no.

Once the time for pickup was communicated (night before by WhatsApp) we arrived promptly at reception and waited, our pickup was late by about 20 mins. However we were excited about the experience and moved on. Got to the balloon spent good 30-40 minutes watching that, when all of a sudden they whisked us off to another balloon that was overcrowded and told us to get into that, being the last ones there the present people looked angry and we weren’t happy. He then proceed to tell everyone that we were last minute, this is completely unacceptable, in the end they removed us from that balloon and took us back to the original one we were watching being inflated.
The messing around, and dangerous driving made this experience start very badly. However once up in the air (further delays as they squeezed 2 more in our basket last minute) the experience was amazing, so serene, I would recommend people to do hot air ballooning but maybe not with this company.
At the end there was an attempt to sell a video of our day for $100, insane and needless to say NO ONE took that offer up.
During our flight I found out that the company had overcharged me £40 per person so total (3 people) £120.
If you get there and book next day you will get it cheaper and significantly better experience (based off others we spoke to), DO NOT book with this company in advance, or even at all

Nous avons été pris en charge à l’hôtel de bonne heure le matin, nous avons effectué un merveilleux vol, le pilote était très gentil, la vue était magnifique, nous avons eu droit à un brevet et un verre de champagne, puis ils nous ont ramené à l’hôtel vers 8h45
