Our driver, Barney, was excellent. The coach, however, was not. The sound was so muffled through the speaker we couldn’t make out anything he was telling us. We thought the time spent in Oxford well worth it, but the two Cotswold stops not worth the effort and time it took to drive there. Bibley was a walk around the square and then back on the coach. Perhaps my expectation for the Cotswolds was unrealistic but surely there are two more interesting, or “charming” villages than the ones we saw. I want to stress that our driver was excellent. He was a safe driver and courteous to the passengers. I would not let this trip discourage me from taking another Viator excursion but I would not recommend this one.

We had a great time. It was well worth the money. We had the perfect guide and driver! Such a beautiful place!

Our guide, Francis, was absolutely fantastic! Kudos to he and the driver named Bob! We enjoyed the most beautiful weather imagineable. Our guide suggested we visit the Cotswolds first to avoid later crowds and arrive in Oxford later in the day. We planned ahead and brought sandwiches with us to enjoy during our trip as we had read how time sensitive these trips can be. We didn’t want to waste any touring time on waiting for food service. We’re so glad we did this. The first village of Burford was charming. Several shops to pop into an historic church. We did grab a terrific snack at the Jesse Smith Butcher shop. We smelled the sausage/pastry rolls and I highly recommend these for a quick bite! Next village of Bibury was so quaint and lovely. Oxford was much better and bigger than expected. Rabbies offers a great tour suggestion which I highly recommend you follow. **If you want to tour the dining hall where Harry Potter was filmed, tickets must be purchased in advance. We paid to go into the Divinity school (one room). I wouldn’t do this again. We did pay to walk the 147 steps up St. Mary’s church spire and I DO think that was well worth the fee. We could see all around the village and the views are inspiring. The countryside between our destinations were picture perfect as well. I can’t rate our guide Francis highly enough- he was simply amazing. And our driver “Bob” was incredibly skilled navigating the narrow English roads-very impressive

This was a great day trip from London. The ride was comfortable and the guide shared the right amount of information, mixing humour, music and interesting facts. I felt we had the right amount of time at each location we visited. Would highly recommend this trip.

It was a fun, exciting time to see these historcal sites. Oxford was all abuzz with graduation day, but touring some of its colleges, the tower, the church, and town was a delight, as was visiting Bibury.

Our narrator and guide, Francis did an outstanding job of providing just the right information. His past experiences helped in describing the Cotswolds.

Your guide very knowledgeable and easy to hear. Beautiful day at Oxford and the English countryside.

We had a cream tea for the first time. Climbing a tower to see all of Oxford. Alice in Wonderland. Beautiful countryside.

Very nice tour with Kate, our guide. About a 2 hr ride to and from Oxford. Had time on our own in the 2 Cotswold towns, Bibury and Burford. Don’t miss having cream tea at Hunters and seeing St. John the Baptist Church in Burford. Both towns were very pretty. We had over 2 hrs. on our own to explore in Oxford and we were given a map with suggestions for a route to walk and see most sights. Some colleges are open on different days. Lots of walking to see everything. Very nice small bus for our transportation.

Graham was an absolute delight and made our tour of the Cotswolds and Oxford an unforgettable experience. His humour, friendliness, and depth of knowledge made the journey as memorable as the views were stunning. He was an excellent driver, and he offered recommendations that made the trip even more fun. We would love to join him on another tour in the future!

Nice to see a different part of England. Great tour guide and explanations. Enjoyed the views of the small villages.

Absolutely fantastic time. If you don’t know what to do in Oxford, the guides provide a small map with their favorite places.
My favorite part was that they would park the bus/van and set us loose on the different towns. There was no need to stick to the guides, they explained all of the history on the drives to and from the places so we could just enjoy our time in each of the towns.

Learning that the Hats and Caps building in Oxford was built in 1389. The Church in Burford was very interesting. Mark our guide was very good and friendly. Our driver Hasan was very nice, too. Trip was too long in Oxford.

Our tour guide, Graham (their only tour guide from Scotland), was great and funny. This was a very enjoyable tour. Oxford was amazing and the Traditional Cotswolds Vllages were so beautiful!

I went through Rabbies Trail Burners. It was mini van, a small group, very comfortable and clean. The guide Mark and driver Ray were both awesome. Mark the tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable and ensured we had all info, history and we did not miss anything. Ray the driver was a friendly smart guy, he checked the traffic ahead and ensured we were not blocked by taking alternate routes.

Driver/guide Christo is great. Location for meeting in the morning is quite a thing to do as the green coach line station has no obvious sign for people to see.
