To see another side of JHB. It was an amazing trip and every is so organised, you’re not scared you going to miss a bus or anything.

  2. Sithembile_S

Everything was great🤗🥰 from the weather, the tour guide and bus driver.
I will definitely recommend this to my friens

  3. viwe_s

Learning about the Johannesburg history was very interesting. I love that the times on the schedule are accurate and the bus was always on time

  4. Learning_w

Our most memorable part of the trip was experiencing the double decker bus, the military museum and Braamfontein, we went to The Play Ground market. On the bus, the facts & history of Johannesburg streets and places were interesting and relevant.

Incrimination between passengers (Africans and non Africans). Offensive behavior . I completely regret on this trip .

  6. Julie_W

It was advertised as stopping every 30 minutes but in reality it only stops once per hour. It was always on time but more difficult to plan that way. Understandable given lower tourism since Covid, but if I had known I might not have booked it. They should advertise more accurately .

  7. Duduetsano_M

Information about Nelson Mandela and all available museums to refer to. It was very much informative and helpful too.

  8. Allison_K

A great way to get to know the city while on jet lag:) You get to go in the whole green and red lines with a transfer between plus a bathroom break. Would be even better in warmer weather

  9. Marlene_J

Great experience. Rather do this, than drive around on our own.
    The history,
Try add Sandton city. Or Mandela square

  10. Richard_T

Hop on hop of bus around Johannesburg was very informative, 2 hours spent in the Mandela museum was particularly interesting.

  11. Mabuku_M

Friendly staff. Easy to get to starting point. Very informative commentary on Joburg. Loved Constitution Hill.

  12. Wil_R

Fantastic start of our kennismaking with Johannesburg with several posdibilirs with the green and red line to step out on several places

No map in application showing stops, bus movements, route, …
It was a hectic until we knew where is the bus stop

  14. jeremypgerber

Good audio guide, easy use of buses, overall recommended for those wishing to get a good overview of Joburg.

  15. Crystal_R

I always do the hop on hop off bus the first day I am in any new city. It gives you an idea of what you want to experience while there. Plus as a solo adventurer I met some new friends from Australia!

  16. Marilyn_B

Commentary was excellent. Stops at all the key locations. Audio works very well. Vehicles are clean. Easy to purchase tickets. Pickups are well located

  17. Gary_B

Got to see a lot of the city in a short period of time. Was good overall and it was a good ontroduction to the city.

You need to join this Hop-on Hop-off City Tour. I booked this tour for 2 days but one day would’ve been enough for me since I also attended a Full day city tour from another company. I had a lot of fun in the sun. You must try it.

  19. Thaddeus_B

The bus was as advertised and provided access to landmarks and areas of Joburg while providing a commentary of the city’s geography and history. The Red Bus failed to stop for an adequate time at all stops for everyone to disembark (Mining District) and failed to stop at all at two indicated stops (Newtown and Bramfontein Square).

  20. TIFFANY_F

Great tour!!! Highly recommended! Very informative. The Soweto add-on was great too. The tour guides that met us at each stop were extremely helpful.
