Every thing from start to finish my only complaint would be the contracted bus trip back to Victoria. It didn’t drop off at Victoria coach station. We had to walk 10 mins in the pouring rain

The Harry Potter tour was a fascinating place to visit. We really enjoyed how well-organised it was. Booking onto the coach was very easy and there were clear instructions about pick-up times for the return journey. Getting there took around an hour from Victoria Coach station.
There was plenty of time to see the whole of the attraction and have time for lunch. Be aware that at busy times the queues for all the cafes and the shop get very long, so leave plenty of time. If you want to try Butterbeer you can only buy this at the cafe inside the attraction and not at the cafes in the entrance hall, but you can just buy that and avoid long queues for food if you want to. If you buy a souvenir cup there are facilities to wash them on-site so you don’t have to carry a sticky cup around.
We went outside of the school holidays so it wasn’t too crowded and we felt there was plenty of time to look at all the exhibits. The staff on site were very helpful with lots of additional information if you wanted to ask questions. Leave around three hours at least to enjoy the exhibits (up to twice as long if you watch every one of the video explanations at each point – but you can pick and choose which ones you watch depending on your preferences).

Very easy to have the transfer from close to our hotel but there was not enough time at the studio. The Harry Potter experience is absolutely amazing and it would’ve been nicer to have more time there and not feel so rushed.

Plenty of time to go through the exhibits and shop in the gift shop! The bus driver was clear in his directions. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Would recommend if you want the convenience of transport that takes you there and back!

This was a great way to see the Warner Brothers Studios and the highlight of our trip to London!! The bus was easy to find, the driver was friendly, and once we arrived we only waited in a short line for entry. Don’t rush – you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy all that is offered!
Pro tip – sit towards front of the bus so you can get your tickets and head in quickly after arrival. And be sure to be on time for your return home, one group almost missed their ride back because they were late!

As a Harry Potter lover this tour was MAGNIFICENT!!! Loved every minute of it. The bus transport was great and comfortable, the driver was very friendly. Once there, you will feel like a character in the movie and the attention to detail was phenomenal. Diagon Alley brought tears to my eyes . Def a must see tour

Sadly Premium tours let us down. Coach was late departing and late leaving. This resulted in us missing our train home.
Communication from terrible from the tour operator so I can see why people were late back to the coach.
