Buses were good and clean. Staff and drivers were all terrific, could not have been better. The guide tape was absolutely crap. Mid sentence it would change to the next site even though we were no where near it. Endless hours of music when there were obvious sites that could have been explained. If I could give a minus I would for the quality of the guide. Lots of people were also discussing it during the travel. It seems most were annoyed about it

Il ticket è stato immediato per email, non c’è bisogno di stamparlo né di riscattarlo. Informazioni chiare e personale cordiale.

Ad ogni fermata ci sono degli addetti che ti danno le indicazioni necessarie. Il bus attraversa tutto il centro di Londra e tutti i punti d’interesse principali. Chiaramente il passaggio è veloce: non c’è grandissima possibilità di scendere, visitare luoghi e risalire tante volte, perché una sola delle linee del tour dura 3 ore. Siamo scesi una sola volta per visitare la zona Tate Modern e poi ripresa un’altra linea.
Non c’è stato tempo per la zona Marylebone e King’s Cross.
Nel nostro servizio c’era anche la crociera di sola andata sul Tamigi, ma al di là che mi è parso non fosse attiva, non c’è stato tempo.
Forse meriterebbe il biglietto da due giorni.

The audio – guide GERMAN was very abrupt, it startet to tell something, but all of the sudden it was telling something else, very annoying though!!!
Also I would have loved to have more information. With almost every sight, it was just one or two sentences of explanation.
A live guide or someone sitting on the bus explaning, even if it was in English would have been much better.
But luckily the guide on the boat was a real person, he was really good. Thanks.

The booking was easy. We had trouble finding where to start. I realise you can join wherever you like but the bus stop at Waterloo wasn’t easy to know where.
The trip was good, You had to miss two loops due to the traffic hold ups which was understandable but disappointing.

I liked the busses and the tours. The audio was sometimes not in sync with the bus location and the huge traffic jams reduced the experience
