Going to Interlaken and Grindelwald was nice. We were off season though and lots of stores, hotels and restaurants were closed in Grindelwald. Our guide seemed unaware of this and recommended closed places to eat. We found Bebbis- open 365 days a year and serve both cheese and chocolate fondue. Interlaken has many expensive stores and hotels.

Our trip went smoothly from Zurich to Interlaken to Grindewald. Tour guides were efficient and nice. Translated their info in english and spanish. Our tour bus brought us up to Grindewald. After our on-our-own time at Grindewald, the tour guide gave our train tickets then took the train back to Interlaken where we were met again by our tour guides Su and the bus we used. It was an amazing experience seeing the glacier mountains of grindewald and their village. I couldn’t ask for more. I am mesmerized by the scenic mountains, trees and swiss chalets as we traverse Interlaken and Grindewald. For the books!

A great way to see the beauty of Switzerland without the hassle of looking up things to do especially if you don’t have a lot of time , however this is part of a bigger package which means you will be grouped with people who bought different packages , in my case after we reached Grindelwald I was on my own for 5 hours , which of course isn’t a complaint since I bought a ticket and took the train to see Lauterbrunnen which is a piece of heaven.
Team was great and friendly and informative and they will give you all the information you need to get back to the meeting point so you can get back to Zurich , you just need to have internet so you can find some things to do in those 5 hours , and since it’s Switzerland you don’t need to worry about finding amazing places to check out
