Very well done tour. Nice adventure for anyone to enjoy. Restaurant was very good. Once in a lifetime views from the top of the mountain. Gondola ride goes over the mountains with amazing views of the mountains.

  2. Austin_D

Great single day experience. The tour really covers a ton of ground in the 12 hour span. Highly recommend

  3. Christine_M

Amazing day, would highly recommend this tour!!! The tour guides were friendly, bubbly and always happy to take a photo for you or help out. The day was full but there was always plenty of time to explore and we didn’t feel rushed. We were lucky to have such clear weather for our trip. The bus was comfortable and the guides very knowledgeable.

The destination is fantastic- if you want a nice ride to the mountain, and to experience the alps I say this is a great way to go.
That being said, this was my second tour with this company and it was the second time I dealt with horrible guides. – not all of the guides are bad in fact let me say the nice young male guide with the small group there at the same time- name??!- was so kind and professional! I was sick from the altitude because I wasn’t able to eat all morning and he basically saw I was in trouble and carried me to the cafe where I could rest and eat. My guides of course were no where to be found.
The mountain was amazing and I would do it again.
The warning- eat before you go. I brought my breakfast to eat on the king ride there. But no food or drink on the bus. And then we only stopped for 15 min and it is barely enough time to go to the bathroom and get back to the bus.
Make sure to have the right coin for the toilet. Otherwise you will have to run desperate through the town to a store to buy something and get some. Everyone was rude about it too. Awful. And I was late getting back. Along with everyone else. It was truly miserable. And annoying because rather than help us with import issues like food and bathroom- the guides are busy handing out coupons for shopping- as if there is time to shop. Insane.
The head guide on my trip was rude and wouldn’t let me on the bus without putting on their sticker. I needed to sit to do so- but she didn’t care. And the other guide intervened and let me on, but then the witchy one screamed at her to follow me and see that I put it on. Seriously. She did, and then hugged me to make nice. But so stupid and unnecessary. Besides which, the stickers don’t stay on very well so be prepared to be pressing on it and checking it all day- well at least at first. They don’t care once you are on the way back. Because mine fell off somewhere between passing out in the cafe and running through the ice palace.
I met some cool people and managed to have a good time- thanks to the wonderful male guide and the other single ladies on my tour.
So yeah, sticker, have change, eat first, and try to get the guy.
The tour company has an easy to find location, and nice buses.
I would fire a few of the guides… but people seemed pretty rude in Zurich in general so maybe that’s normal and to be expected. ? Idk.

I’ll give you a full run- through on what to expect.
Bus terminal is easy to find but eat beforehand and have your coffee. You can’t eat or drink on the bus. At our first stop, I left my water on the bus and it got thrown away. So if you do bring water or snacks, hide them in your back pack or jacket. I actually knew you couldn’t bring stuff on the bus but thought it was open Food and drinks outside of water. Was disappointed to see my water be thrown away.
No Bathroom on bus. Plan accordingly. Takes about 2 hours for the first stop (Interlaken) which was OK. We had an hour to walk around. The bathroom in the town was coins only.
You get told not to really eat here since the next place will have sandwiches you can buy.
    Interlaken was OK.
The actual mountain/ Destination was awesome! You do go on a snow platform where it is cold and I saw a lot of people slip but you’ll be fine in running shoes. I wore my Chelsea boots and was fine. COLD though. Wear layers and bring gloves.
The food when you get to mountain wasn’t great and they were crappy sandwiches which were expensive. So plan on being hungry unless you sneak some food through. At the end, (around 4) we got to go through the Cafe line for more food. Expensive and didn’t look good. When it was my turn in line, all the food was done. So plan ahead.
Bus trip back is like 2 hours. Going there is 90 minutes to Interlaken then 30 minutes.
The gondola ride, the views atop the mountain and all were awesome. Worth the price for that alone.
The logistics were not fun as it relates to food, drinks, bathroom, etc

The tour guide was absolutely fabulous. She was knowledgeable and informative. She looked after us, and made sure that we have all the opportunities that this particular tour had to offer.

  11. Alicia_K

Absolutely amazing trip and I highly recommend! Our tour guides were fabulous. Such a great experience and you spend time with your group and time by yourself to enjoy Jungfrau.

  12. Renan_A

Definitely worth the visit! If you’re in Zurich and just have one day to do a Tour, this is for sure the one to do! Beautiful drive in a comfortable bus (arrive very early so you can get the first row of panorama seats!). The tour guide was very nice and professional as well as the bus driver. I was lucky to be there in a sunny day so the views were breathtaking. It’s a long day since this is a 12 hrs tour but it’s definitely worth it.

Awesome tour, with so knowledgeable guides like ours, Monika. The trip was a fantastic experience with rains, snowfall, so many picturesque moments and places, with so beautiful landscapes. The drive via bus is so comfortable and itself is an experience. The Eiger express cable car ride gave me opportunity to see the snow covered peaks and during descent, the weather got surprisingly cleared making those moments more memorable.

  14. AnneG

Wonderful trips, lots to see on the way. Alps were breathtaking, so fun to walk around and see all the views. We both loved the trip. Monika our guide was very nice and helpful.

  15. Lucas_M

The best trip in Zurich you can possibly take. Day is extremely well organized and streamlined. You get plenty of time everywhere you stop! Gorgeous views and smooth day awaits you on this trip!

  16. Graham_H

Had a wonderful day but think that three hours at the top of Europe is too long. Two hours would be ample

  17. Judy_L

Relaxed nature of our entire day. We had plenty of time for everything in our day.. Feliciano and Vlad were both amazing…

  18. Linda_S

This tour will take your breath away. The views are surreal. It is a long day, but worth it. Dress ultra warm and where non-slip shoes. The tour guides are great!! If in Zurich, this tour is a must!!!!

  19. RJohn_E

I only rated it a 3 because the stay at Interlaken was really quick so enjoying the cuty was rather difficult. And also at the Top of Europe, there was a snowstorm at the top so we couldn’t do the glacier walk and couldn’t enjoy the view in another viewing platform. We couldn’t enjoy the full Swiss mountains in full view. Though not the fault of the organizers, its just a big punch for me for the price paid.

  20. DianeP_J

The guide was very knowledgable and professional. The Top of Europe experience was amazing. However, you do go up to almost 12,000 feet. I experienced issues with the altitude. My lips turned purple. I felt dizzy and short of breath. I think there should be a disclaimer about the possibility of altitude sickness. Also if you go on a cloudy day as we did, you will not see much of the view.
