Loved this class, and it was just myself and my husband which was really good. Wayyy too many cannolis to eat for two people but it’s cannoli heaven. Fabulous way to learn how to make the shells, such an important part of the process. Two fillings are also taught which is great. We also went back to Porta Messina Restaurant for lunch and had one of the best meals we had in Taormina so definitely recommend that too.

It was incredible to learn how to cook a dessert I have been eating my entire life! We got the make and then eat those cannolis. Our chef Giovanni was fun and helpful! After the class he emailed us the recipe. All ages were in the class too and you didn’t need any cooking experience. It was really fun a great learning experience.

This was a great experience. The group was small – only 5 of us which meant we got quality time with the chef who showed us how to make his cannoli (which he learnt from his mother and grandmother at 10 years old!). So many great tips included and lots of hands-on experience. We got to eat our cannoli in the restaurant’s garden bistro after the class which was a really nice way to finish the session. Highly recommend this experience for those wanting a culinary class in Taormina.

This was so much fun! For our class, there was only us and one other couple which meant we had a very attentive session! We each made our own cannoli dough and 2 of the group made each filling. We were provided with lots of red wine throughout and got to sit and enjoy the cannolis we made at the end. We were emailed the recipe at the end and I can’t wait to have a go at making them at home! We were also given a certificate at the end which provided lots of hilarity!

They allowed my husband to take pictures even though he wasn’t participating in the class. This was my favourite activity of my 25 day trip to Sicily!
