Beautiful building and amazing view from the top. You can see for miles. The whole experience itself was wonderful to see all the models and photos of the building being constructed as well to get on the lift and realised how fast you travel without noticing it.
If you go to Dubai this is a must see and do, you will not be disappointed!!

If you planning to go to Dubai, this place is one of the must have to visit. Beautiful view but check the weather before you book it. Bad weather means bad view especially sand storms. Be advice, You must go first to the inside of the Dubai Mall and locate the “At The Top” Counter to scan your tickets, do Not trust on the address on the “Departure Point” Section. You by Your On, do not expect any group. This Offer is to get access to the Tower and do the tour by your self.

My friend and I decided to and visit the Bhurj Khalifa whilst on holiday in Dubai, it was a fantastic and wonderful experience. The views are amazing and the history of the building is very interesting to read about .

If I could have left 0 stars I would have done.
We booked the sunset-view option offered on their website with a 5pm arrival time (an extra £20 per person on the standard entry) and arrived and exchanged our voucher and entered at 4.53pm (as shown on our ticket attached), as we knew the sun set at around 5.30pm.
However sunset came and went before we were even in the lift to go to the top of the Burj. We asked people employed there but were told we were in the queue and it would be fine.
When we got to the top the sun had already set so the experience we booked wasn’t supplied, through no fault of ours.
On contacting Viator I was told we should have arrived on time (we were early) and it was our own fault for not reading the email (despite the email not including any details relating to arriving at any time other than stated on the tickets).
Over 10 messages have since been ignored by their staff, and no one is contacting me.
Avoid Viator at all costs, they were quite happy to take my money but failed to provide the experience we booked and are unwilling to communicate about it.
I will now be contacting my credit card company as they have failed to provide the service we purchased.

We didn’t receive the experience we purchased. On contacting Viator I was told it was our fault as we turned up late (despite providing proof we were there earlier than required) and there was nothing they could do. They then ignored a further 10 messages regarding a refund.
I then had to call to argue for my refund.
The experience might be fine but do not deal with Viator, their Social Media and Customer Services team are awful, spend your money elsewhere.

Burj khalifa is absolutely amazing and definitely a must for a visit in dubai. We paid extra to go in at the later time (peak time), we chose 5pm but got issued 4.30pm which was fine. We didn’t have a time limit whilst up there so we stayed for the sunset and waited until 6pm for the fountains to come on which was amazing to see from above. The tickets were nice and easy, we got them via an email and an evoucher it, said to print them off but we didn’t have any way of doing it, but they didn’t even question it at the desk and just scanned the code. Definitely worth the money.
