Included in our ticket was entry to Sky View. This was a real bonus and we actually enjoyed going down a glass slide 219m above the streets below even more than the main event!

customers are treated as a problem to “boss around” from one queue to another by staff – especially at first queue for reception,then queue for a door then queue for the lift then get to overcrowded platform and queue to get out
inadequate signs that may be to get you to walk around gigantic shopping centre at the bottom
Nothing much to look at while queuing that would have helped

I’m glad we booked through Viator because it saved a lot. The hotel wanted to charge 3 times as much.
The tower is beautiful and the viewing area well set up. Unfortunately, there was a bit of haze so our view wasn’t as good as I’d hoped.
The company was responsive to my questions. The voucher did NOT have the needed information so I had to call them once we got to the ticket area to get the correct ticket number. Then it all went smoothly.
We did not use the transportation part because it would have been too far for my elderly mother to walk from the tower.
It is a once in a lifetime thing to do. Overall I recommend going and booking through Viator.

I arrived early but was let through, I barely queued overall from the time I queued for my ticket to getting out of the elevator (which was a great experience, you wouldn’t really know you were in one) 20 mins total time queued.

Unfortunately, one second after booking the trip for me and my family I realized that I had clicked on the wrong date. I attempted to correct the problem but had a very difficult time changing back to my desired date. I ended up having to go on the original date and lost out on transportation that I had originally paid for due to their no refund policy. Not happy at all as I ended up paying for transportation twice. Fortunately, the Birj Kalifa was amazing as me and the family truly enjoyed. I would recommend booking through another company as I receive very little help!

It was amazing! Very organized and there was minimal waiting time (maybe 10 minutes) to get on elevator which moves quickly to the 124th floor. Yhe views are breath taking! Afterwards we visited the Dubai Mall which is also amazing! Would definitely visit again!!!
