Had to queue to get in even thought it stated on ticket skip the line
Wasn’t cocktails under the stars it was Prosecco!
Very expensive poor value for money

First of all I had problems with getting my tickets which was my end and not the company. They were great replying very quickly to resovle the issues. Thank you so much. As far as experience was concerned there is alot of waiting around at various stages (although not as long as the ordinary tickets). Great to be at the top with food and drink and can relax.

Paying the extra to go to Floor 154 was definitely worth it! Much more relaxed atmosphere 🤗
Not too crowded and plenty of time to see all the sides and take pictures.

  4. WalterLeonhard_K

Just great as described! Floor 154 with the relaxing atmosphere of a limited amount of people. Very well organized skipping the lines.

  5. Emma_D

Amazing! We were worried after reading some reviews of long queues etc but from start to finish our visit to the Burj Khalifa was well organised and breath taking. We felt the extra to go to 154 was worth it. There were plenty of different viewing points and places to sit. You can go outside but be warned it can be a bit windy. Photos are expensive (although we did purchase!) but the gift shop on floor 125 or exit seemed reasonable.

Couldn’t hear or understand the guide, snacks poor, not very good value for money ☹️ the public space on the lower floors look nicer

  7. Mohammad_A

First of all it was organized well but the weather was so dusty we could not see a thing…we were expecting at least a second complelemt entry at different date or refund as an option due to unexpected bad weather
However , receptionist refused that and almost all visitors did not enjoy the journey

Do IT!!! I went back and forth about whether or not the more expensive ticket for the higher floors and lounge was worth the extra money…After doing it and seeing the alternative, absolutely! We truly felt like VIPs on the top floor, with only another couple up there when we first arrived on the whole floor! The lounge had good snacks, cappuccino, etc, and we were never rushed to leave. We enjoyed our time watching the sun set and the city light up below. Going to the lower floors (where you are only allowed with the cheaper tickets), it was VERY crowded, long lines for the elevator coming up and going down, no free snacks and drinks..Just a completely different experience. It is pricey, but if you can afford it, worth it for the once in a lifetime experience!

  9. Stewart_M

The experience was amazing. The VIp room to start to the separate line to the special elevator made everything so quick. Once we got to the top we were met with some champagne and then the views. The small finger food and service was a great treat as we were waiting for the sunset. We watched it from the open deck. The VIP package was well worth it. Spend the extra to get the treatment and avoid the crowds

Tickets for the Skip the Line Burj Khalifa – The Lounge gave us the most amazing experience. The views are fantastic, you really do feel you are in the clouds, a must see attraction and am experience everyone should have.

  11. Anirban_R

The views . However the lifts are being crammed for use . The walk to procure online tickets was however tedious and would be appreciated if such tickets were provided online

  12. Andrew_P

So many people on the floors allocated to you, we thought it may have been more personalised, we have been to the Burj before but not on this tour/experience and felt it wasn’t worth the additional cost. On the day we went the sand / haze meant you couldn’t see the sun set at all for the time we were there, had better views from floor 125. To get back down to the bottom was crazy – waited for 35 Mins to get back to ground level.

View is incredible, obviously, skip the queue is well worth it as there are a lot of crowds and queues. Equally the lounge is a much more relaxed way to enjoy the experience. It is more expensive but if you are going to shell out to go up for the view then paying a little extra is worth doing if you can. I would not get too excited about the refreshments. A free drink and some cakes and sandwiches, quality was fine but nothing special. However not having to shuffle round like cattle and dodge imaginative ways to deprive you of your cash makes it worth while.
I also paid for a transfer from my hotel, the cost was comparable (if not slightly cheaper) to a taxi so no issue there but the driver was not great, arrived late, dumped us at the wrong entrance and drove more erratically than any other taxi or driver we have had over the past week. Would give that a miss.

Well worth every penny. Slipped several hundred people in line at the bottom to the top. If you ever have the chance to see the Burj Khalifa be sure to savor every moment.

  15. Jason_V

The Burj is an incredible feat of engineering and the views from the balcony are amazing, especially during the sunset transition!
The refreshments (food and drinks) and hospitality were excellent as well as varied.
Definitely worth the price of a VIP pass and highly recommend this experience!

  16. Anders_K

Burj Khalifa was a life experience.
The timing for sunset was perfect.
Pick up at the hotel made the visit relaxing and going to 154 was wothr the spend

  17. Jose_C

The 153,154 floor the lounge area and the outside terrace everything was amazing. I would recommend to everyone.

  18. Ali_H

Small group is nice because you avoid the “crowd”. Access to many floors is nice as well. Snacks are all sweets so that’s was disappointing for me.

  19. Connie_L

The total VIP experience was incredible! When they say no waiting in line they mean just that. We walked right into the staging area and were greeted by our guide who provided us with great information about the history of the building and escorted us to the elevator. Once we arrived at the 154th floor we were greeted with a glass of fruit juice and were able to take our time walking around and take pictures. The next level down we were served a variety of pastries and other sweet treats, coffee or tea. The outdoor observation deck is a must experience. The air quality was bad the night we were there so the sunset was a little disappointing. This definitely a must do if you ever get the opportunity to go to Dubai.

  20. Sanjay_S

Super expensive for “high tea”. Charging almost $800 for 3 for few tiny macaroons and tiny pastries is ridiculous. This is just such a bad value.
