Magnifique ! L’ascension ne se sent pas du tout hormis un léger bouchage d’oreilles, celle ci se fait en moins d’1 minute. Des descriptifs de la construction et de l’évolution de l’édifice sont présents sur beaucoup de murs et sont très interessantes en retraçant l’histoire de cette tour. Au 124 et 125 eme étage, vue à 360 degrés spectaculaire ! Nous avons même pu observer à 2 reprises depuis ces étages le spectacle de fontaines puisque vous pouvez y rester le temps que vous voulez, personne ne vous mettra dehors. Activité réputé certes touristique mais loin d’être décevante, bien au contraire !

We went for the sunset tickets to see both in the day and night. But due to the heat it was quite hazy and couldn’t see too far, it was beautiful to watch the sunset and then see the transformation in the evening.

Magnificent view of a beautiful city. The lines were long but we did not have to wait and went straight up, as we had booked on line and had our printout. Everyone is so courteous and professional. The elevator ride was an experience. Have your cameras ready! Very quick as well. So much to see and do at the top. We spent the afternoon here and a late evening at the nearby mall. Both are connected by a walkway with A/C. Best way to see Dubai!!!!

Visited early in the morning, so it wasn’t especially crowded. COVID principles are strictly adhered to, but expect to be in a crowded lift on the journey from the ground to the 125th floor. The view is impressive, although I imagine it would be best to visit when there is less of a heat haze. The only slight negative was the failure of the travel company to deliver the tickets despite several requests, so this caused some delay when arriving at the Burj.

Company that we purchased tickets with through viator took my money but did not send me the tickets. After arriving at the burj and waiting online I was told that I had to call the company to get the voucher number for the tickets. I called and was told we would be called back. We were left just waiting there.the woman finally called back but only gave a voucher number for 1 ticket although I purchased 2. I had to call her yet again. This was a mess. The experience at the burn was also not worth the money I paid. It’s hard to see anything outside with everyone blocking the windows. The wait for the elevator to go up to the top and back down is a very very long slow line. I definitely could’ve skipped this experience.

I booked the tickets via viator and when i got to the counter, my tickets weren’t actually booked although money had been taken from my account. It caused great stress to me and my family members and had to buy new tickets. I am still waiting for the viator to refund my money back and have not heard anything back. I would not recommend booking from this website.

Don’t expect to be welcomed or guided by someone on this. You take yourself there and do as you please so that’s no difference between booking here and booking at the Bhurj Khalifa directly. No need for a tour agsncy to book this.
