Team a Burj Khalifa visit with lunch at its Armani Hotel, without booking both separately or joining a tour. That is a liar. We never received that dinner. And when I call back they answered me in a really rough way. Then Viator send me a 25usd code as a remedí for what happened.

We walked for more than 45 minutes to find where to buy our tickets inside Dubai Mall. We waited in line for more than 35 minutes to get to top of the Burj Khalifa. We were so tired of standing and waiting in the closed area where the Covid distance rules were not followed, that we could neither go to the top of Burj Khalifa nor have lunch at Rooftop. All the money we paid was wasted. We left the queue and went back to our hotel. It was a decent experience.

Wonderful. Very impressed by the lift that takes you to the 124th floor in few seconds. View to Dubai is amazing.
Come in advance as this is not a “ticket” and you have to make the queue with others (although it didn’t take a while).
Restaurant was great but disappointed by the location being at the 3rd floor only, in the Armani hotel, with a view to their swimming pool and the Dubai fountains. Food is good with a choice of 3 different dishes per course.

Avoid. We were not even provided with a tour of the Burj khalifa. Dinner was appalling. There was a human hair found in my main. We sent it back. The waiter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I received no apology. We left starving back to the hotel and ordered uber eats. This was a complete scam.

Burj club is not a restaurant for dinner, it’s a cafe at the pool to me. My husband and I came there for dinner, I dressed up for a dinner (heals, dress), expected a special night. However, the package includes very limited choices of salads, main course dishes and desert. The level of food is the same as we would go to IKEA cafeteria or fast food restaurant for a quick snack time. Please, don’t expect anything fancy . It is a pool place!!

Katastrophe. Wir haben für jeweils knapp 100€ auch ein angebliches 3 Gänge Menü im Burj Khalifa gebucht. Dieses Essen hat nie stattgefunden. Wir standen 1 Stunde an um auf die Aussichtsbereich zu gelangen (kann ich noch verstehen). Als ich danach mein bezahltes 3 Gänge Menü in Anspruch nehmen wollte konnte mir keiner sagen wo ich hin soll, keiner hat geantwortet, keine Info und ich wurde direkt wieder in das Erdgeschoss per Fahrstuhl gefahren. Somit habe ich 200€ für 20 Minuten Aussicht im Burj Khalifa bezahlt.

Food was very very average and there was zero atmosphere as it was empty. Save your money – get a ticket to burj and forget the rest as it’s a gimmick
