Terrible terrible experience Never take a Balloon ride with this company on CAT valley
Picked us up at 3 am and made us wait till 630 am in a closed van with closed windows and finally cancelled the tour saying due to un favorable weather conditions

Our flight got cancelled one day before we left so we contacted them again and gave us a full refund and the next day we had to leave to go back home and asked the night before if they had any room for 2 people on their Monday flight and by gods miracle we got on the balloons and were the only 4 balloons in the air in the whole of Cappadocia and goreme.

This balloon take off point was away from all the other balloons who were above the main town of Cappadocia. Being a part of hundreds of balloons taking off together, would have made the experience better. Also somehow they had 17 on a 16 person basket, we were a bit cramped in one pod with 5 folks instead of 4.

As a tourist. I would not know where the balloons fly from.. The vibe was very different because we were so far from all the other balloons. So the experience wasn’t the same or as expected

No breakfast served as mentioned in the ticket, limited views in cat valley, not many photo opportunities, seems that the area to be in is where the other balloons take off. Although this ride is cheaper there’s a reason for it !

Yes, is not with the rest of the balloons, is on a different Valley.
We were picked up from the hotel and brought back, for half of the price of what the rest were asking for an hour flight.
The image with the rest of the balloons at the sunrise is beautiful as you can see their small outline in the sun.
It felt like a private flight, away from the crowd and plus there were only 16 people which is normally considered a VIP flight.
Everyone was very professional, helpful and cheerful even though filmed continously!
I felt save and the landing was very smooth.

It was a good thing that we had such great personal at our hotel that kind of stayed on top of this. We called them at 2 pm to confirm our next day pick up. Were told they will call us by 9.00pm. After not getting any info our hotel front desk started calling them to confirm time and was told that they lost our reservations even thou they did confirm it at 2.00pm. We ended up using a different company.

The flight was amazing and the view was nice. We stayed in the air about 45 minutes. It was a bit crowded, so it might be a bit annoying for big people. We were picked up on time, but there was a delay and eventually we did not have breakfast (as stated in the trip); I even contacted them via Whatsapp but they did not reply. Overall it is a nice experience and I recommend it.

That company Pegas Balloon is not recommended as the ride short in duration, low attitude in the air, small ride basket, sky viewpoint is not spectacular and not moving around as static in one air spot. Very disappointed. Viator should do the job to choose the satisfaction bolloon operator & money not worth spend.
