This tour was wonderful. The experience of seeing Stonehenge was breathtaking and unbelievable. We got to spend an hour and a half at the site. The next stop was Bath, which is so beautiful. It feels like you’re stepping into another time with the cobble streets and lovely architecture. The visit to Bath is three hours, but honestly more time is needed to truly explore the entire little city. Still it was amazing. Our guide, Rosie, was refreshingly funny and kind. If you get her, you’re in good hands and definitely in for some laughs. I highly suggest this tour to anyone visiting London!

This trip was a delight! What I also appreciated was that during the ride to stonehenge and to Bath our tour guide talked about some fun facts on both places and then during the other half of the ride he was quiet to allow some people to get some rest on the ride – relaxing and informative! Our tour guide was friendly, kind, and timely. Expect a lot of walking. We spent about 1 1/2 hour at stonehenge and a little over 3 hours in Bath. They both felt just the right amount of time for my husband and I to explore and grab lunch at Bath. If you are wanting to spend more time than that at each place, then I highly recommend that you do the Bath and Stonehenge visit on separate days to make the most of everything. During our 3 hour visit in Bath, my husband and I had lunch at a pub, toured the Roman Baths, took a 10 minute walk through Bath Abbey (beautiful!), and had some ice cream! We usually like to take our time which was why we didn’t visit more sites in Bath – didn’t want to rush anything. We visited Stonehenge in December, and although we dressed warm, we did not expect the wind – I was grateful I brought my scarf and beanie! Not sure what the weather is like during other times of the year at Stonehenge. This day trip was a nice break from touring the busy city of London. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is ready to walk a lot of steps.

Not bad for a day tour. Guides were helpful and friendly. They gave a lot of information on the stonehenge and its myths. Perhaps it was enlightening.
Pablo_R –
It is a rather cheap way to reach both Stonehenge and Bath. Explanations from the guide were quite poor in terms of historical accuracy (mixing ice ages and neolithic regarding Stonehenge), however, we spent a nice day.
Brittany_G –
Great experience! The guide and driver were very pleasant and more than willing to make our experience an enjoyable one. The day was just about the perfect length to really get to explore both places.
The only two things I would’ve changed: 1. The drivers cologne was SO strong. It made me a little ill. I think anyone on a bus for so long should limit the cologne/perfume. 2. Would’ve liked 15-30 more minutes in Bath. The time in Stonehenge was perfect.
Other than passengers that were late upon departure which they can do very little about except leave them, I highly recommend this tour.

It was exactly as expected. Tara the guide is friendly and considerate. I would recommend this tour.
Zarinah_T –
Excellent tour for those looking to have a day out of the city. Our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They give you enough time to explore on your own and they take the longer, scenic route back to London.

Our tour guide was wonderful. We really enjoyed seeing Stonehenge and Bath is a beautiful city. It was a wonderful day.
JENNIFER_C –
Driver extremely knowledgeable and kind. Got us to locations with ease and useful strategies to navigate busy Bath! Stonehenge was perfect and no wait getting there early before lines and other tour buses arrived. Beautifully orchestrated!!
Chris_C –
Quite disappointed with our visit to Bath where our primary reason for making the long ride is to visit the Roman Baths tour, but we did not know that tickets can only be purchased online and it was totally booked on our day of visit. When asked when this change took place, we were told since the 1st covid lockdown in July 2000. So this is not a recently NEW requirement. Viator could have easily noted that information on the website so so we could have made the early booking for the Bath entries at the same we booked the day tour via Viator.
Lisa_K –
It was the perfect amount if time at both Stonehenge and Bath. In Bath, I toured the Jane Austen house and had a very yummy tea
Kendra_D –
The tour was excellent. Great mix of structured time and free time in both Stonehenge and Bath. Regarding Bath, I recommend booking a lunch reservation in advance given the restaurants tend to get quite busy during 12:30-3:30pm.
Margaret_A –
Comfortable bus, & friendly guide who avoided crowds. All over a pleasant tour. Drop off points were convenient and we were kept informed. Recommend
Mahalia_B –
It was a nice experience. Very enthusiastic tour guide. Plenty of time to tour the Stonehenge. I wanted a couple of extra hours for Bath, but it was still nice.

The weather was perfect for Stonehenge and Bath. Our tour driver/guide was very amicable. Sally Lynn’s tea and buns were worth the wait. Thanks

Darren was pretty fantastic!! This tour was perfect in every way! I have mobility issues using an AFO brace & hand crutch. Darren was accommodating & kind. It was tiring but very do-able…the pain was worth every bit of this experience!!
Tracy_P –
Bath was beautiful and scenic. And We really appreciated the bus tour to Stonehenge… we beat the traffic and had a great experience … bucket list item ✔️
Kelvin_L –
Darren is really a very good driver and tour guide. To be able to drive safely and speak insightfully on the landmarks along the way at the same time is really a rare skill. Highly recommended tour. Not rushed at all.
Martina_D –
Nice experience but not worth it for the money we have paid
We were expecting a little more, at least the entrance to the Roman baths
Amazing guide though
Didiet_F –
It was a cold rainy day during our trip to Stonehenge and Bath, but the trip was still memorable. The guide tried his best to follow the agreed timeline. In Stonehenge, the time was sufficient. We also enjoy the view and explanation of the countryside from the bus. But in Bath, the guide walked so fast while introducing places of interest, that it might be difficult for family with elders or kids to keep up. But he gave us useful tips such as booking timeslot for visiting Roman Bath museum online. Apparently, 3 hours in the beautiful town of Bath seems too short.

Stonehenge was very interesting. Take time and go to the visitor center, there is a lot of context that is quite interesting. I walk with crutches and this site was very easy to walk.
Bath was an amazing city and you cannot do it Justice in just three hours, especially when adding in lunch. I had no trouble getting around the Roman Bath. There is a lot to see and if you really spend time (as I did) you won’t have much time to do anything else but lunch. Not sure how better to balance it. Eat something lighter and look around more? I was not able to keep up with the tour. It was too fast for me.
