The cruise was very pleasant, crew was nice and helpful, food was good, but it would have been nicer if hot drinks were included. The music was good and not intrusive
Our tickets said to be there at 11, but on arrival we were told that the time had been changed to 12 and we had to wait outside on a bench for a long hour until we could enter the waiting area.
The crew thought that all the passengers were informed about the change of time, but we weren’t. However, the overall experience was very nice.

I booked and paid for 8 of us for a London Jazz lunch cruise only to be told after getting to the boat that we were not on the list and turned away. It ruined our first day of vacation. Totally disorganized company. They sent me a confirmation email and tickets to download and it was all a lie. Do not book with them.

Boarding time was listed at 12 pm. Sat in dock until 1pm. Didn’t get served 1st course u til 2pm.. Srarving! Our whole section was complaining! Placed in back section of boat. Air conditioning didnt work appropriately. Jazz in our section was solo saxophone player who didn’t play in our area of boat until 230pm for 15 minutes..

There is one price for this lunch cruise, yet the difference between the front and back of the boat is monumental. Front of ship, air conditioned with baby grand and sax player. Light and airy. Beautiful. Back of boat. No air. Sax player stopped by occasionally. I had to beg to get music piped in to the back. This was a noon arrival. Our food came to our tables at 3:15. Front of boat first, of course. Three hours to wait for lunch is ridiculous. Servers were very apologetic and kind, but come on. No excuse. Just a real let down to have looked forward to a jazzy lunch and get really, neither.

Food and service was excellent, can’t big it enough. However the Viator booking was crap beyond belief. Viaritor said boarding was at 11:00 and back at 13:30. In reality it was boarding at 12:00, departure at 13:00 and back at 15:30………REALLY not impressed as we misread our next booking. In future will book direct and stuff the 3rd party booking site that can’t get their act together

This was a well organised experience ticking all the right boxes for a family experience- the staff were fabulous- the food was amazing and the musicians topped the afternoon off for us all as long as a cheeky cocktail or two.

We had a great time and if we were allowed 1/2 points would give this a 4.5/5. The live music was wonderful, saying along the thames is an experience everyone should have. The food was great and lunch comes with wine and a glass if champagne. The only thing takin away from a 5 is that we docked 45 minutes later than advertised so we were very late for our next activity.
