The service was great, just take a screenshot of the tickets! Internet is difficult. The pyramid has lost a lot of its charm due to the rush and the sales mile. But that’s how it is in those places, everyone wants to earn money. The service from getyourguide was great!

The store you go to is just to the right of the final entrance but it’s slightly hidden. A man that was offering yours told us we couldn’t use it and would have to wait in line and buy proper tickets seeing as they don’t work. He lied lol so make sure you ask a few people if you can’t find the store. It was so easy and quick in the end but they do try to get you to re pay!

It’s a bit tricky to find, as there is no sign for these guys but around the corner there is a small kiosk right next to the entrance turnstiles where you collect the tickets. Then you still have to enter through the normal queue. The only thing you skip is the ticket purchase line. So go early around 8am and then you could just do it on your own.
