We made day trip from Vancouver to Whistler so was early morning to Whistler then late evening back –
Great way to travel there and back!
Trip back was fine but morning driver at first did not accept the Viator ticket- when we showed him it was his bus line he said we should have booked directly with the bus line rather than going thru Viator….
Not sure what we would have done if we hadn’t noticed the bus line in small print on ticket and missed our bus!! We had already prepaid for events in Whistler ….
we just booked with what came up when we looked online for a way between Vancouver and Whistler…..
We were visiting from outside country so reliant on what comes up online….

Arrived 40 mins late due to the snowy condition which is totally acceptable. However there was NO WIFI on board for the entire trip. The main reason we booked this company was Free WIFI available but that is not true. WIFI was not available on either of our round trip!

I would recommend Skylynx but not to book through Viator. The bar code provided was not recognised by the driver’s machine – others seemed to have QR codes. We were made to wait until the end, wondering if perhaps we’d been scammed, and wondering also if we were going to be stuck in Vancouver, and then were finally only allowed on the coach because 2 people had apparently not shown up.

Dean was a great driver and, somehow, managed to get us back to Vancouver on time, even with traffic. Throughout the drive Dean kept to updating us on the next stop and our ETA, and even updating us on a couple of attractions like Shannon Falls. A very good experience! Unfortunately when getting off in Vancouver downtown, I forgot to tip him for the great service he provided, apologies Dean.
