I am very thankfull with the organización. They poned the day trip only for me because I couldn’t other day. I had Felex guide only for me and he was very gentil and explaning every thing. Thank you very much. The only problem It is the price to the Góndolas!!!

There were a few issues with this tour, most notably the time we had at Whistler. The tour said we had 3 hours 20 minutes at Whistler plus 1 hour for the Peak 2 Peak Gondola (if you wanted to purchase a ticket). Our driver/guide only gave us 2 hours at Whistler TOTAL, and when we complained, he said that normally this tour only gives 1.5 hours at Whistler, which is an obvious lie. And the fact that he suggested making a “special stop” at Stanley Park to “make up for lost time” means we were right to be upset about the lack of time at Whistler. It didn’t help that we also started late. The tour says pick-up at 7:45am for the first stop, but I got a message the day before saying it would be at 8:45am instead and on top of that, he was 30 minutes late – so we didn’t leave until 9:15am. It was a disappointing day. I didn’t purchase the Peak 2 Peak Gondola ticket because I knew I wouldn’t have enough time to go up the mountains while being able to spend time in the village as well. I suggest you book a round-trip coach shuttle to go to Whistler for the day instead – at least you’ll have more time.

Unfortunately I don’t think this was the best tour I’ve been on, both gondolas to the viewpoints in the pictures were closed (one due to winds, one for the season), we got to Whistler and got to walk the village but it also seemed to be off season in the village, so quiet/hills were closed. Our guide Gary was absolutely wonderful, social, and made up for the closed gondolas with some beautiful viewpoints along the highway, but it was still different than what we thought we signed up for. This is at zero fault to the tour company or the guide of course. We did stop at Shannon Falls which is part of the tour, about 30 minutes, it was all we needed really.
We were only 4 on the tour so the driver/guide was extremely flexible on pick up and drop off locations.. we communicated in the morning that our Uber would cost us an arm and a leg to the pick up location that we chose so he allowed us to change the pick up location, he also dropped us closer to home since we were passing through anyway.

Dale is an excellent tour guide & driver. There were both Chinese and English speaking tourists in our bus and Dale translated in both languages effectively. For the price of the excursion, it’s well worth it. But You have to pay separately the Sea to Sky Gondola ticket which is good because you have the option to experience it or not. You can just get the ticket at the booth or purchase through Dale as a group.
We had a fun time at Shannon Falls; Sea to Sky Gondola ride to the top (amazing view atop) & back; Whistler plus there are other informative narrations from the city going to Whistler & back to the city; and there was an extra site we stopped by before heading back to downtown Vancouver. Thank you Dale for a great tour!

The scenery was gorgeous but it’s not really a guided tour. The tour guide was more of a bus driver and just dropped passengers off without giving a tour of the area or making note of places of interest along the way. This was disappointing because the expectation was that the tour guide would go over the different points of interest at each stop.

Do not trust the positive reviews on trip advisor for this activity,The Sights are amazing and so worth visiting but if you want a pleasant experience DO NOT book with Jupitor Legend corporation.Tour guide/driver was horrible at his job ,did not provide much commentary and told everyone not to “upset” him while driving .DEMANDED tips of $20 per person in the middle of the trip ,also made everyone scan the QR code to post a review on trip advisor and clicked 5 stars on MY phone and insisted I write something nice about him ,stood over my head and took picture of my review,when I called the company they tell me head office is in China and I can only email them ,operator told me it is MANDATORY to give tip ,they expected me to pay $100 for our family of 5 including 3 kids .
Beware that your bus might be an outdated vehicle,ours didn’t have AC and everyone was very hot and uncomfortable,people felt pressured to tip when he asked but no one seemed happy with it.

Better ways to see whistler. This tour company was a joke. Pick up was at unsafe area where only people around were homeless and drug addicts. Tour guide/driver gave very little commentary, spoke very broken english, mini van was decrepit and dirty, and then he demanded a $15CAD tip from all aboard before driving back. Use another operator e.g. Grayline instead

BEST Whistler, Shannon Falls, Sea to Sky Day Trip from Vancouver was okay. Hotel pick-up would have been helpful. The gratuity for the driver cum guide should have been included in the price as the towards the end of the tour, the driver cum guide had asked for $15 per person gratuity. I thought $60.00 for a group of four was too steep. The van was not in good shape.
