Charles was a fantastic tour guide. He made the event perfect, and it is evident he enjoys people and his job. One very nice thing Charles does is walking with you to different venues and providing more info and offering to take pictures. What an asset he is to the tour company. Thank you, Charles! For the tour company: The day is a bit long, perhaps you have one too many stops on the way back. Most of all, you should never, ever book so full that four adults to have to sit on that back bench seat. Never. What a horrendous experience that was. Thankfully, we had an extremely pleasant couple (who we just met that morning) sharing our discomfort. If you are one of the last to get picked up, plan to squeeze in and out of the sprinter van all day. Plus, you are going to be squished like sardines, as that seat does not comfortably accommodate four adults. I cannot imagine what it would be like in winter gear. It’s simply not okay for 7 people to ride in comfort, and 4 to be treated like cattle, because you were the last hotel on the roster. If I knew I had to sit there again, I would not recommend the tour. Three to the bench seat would be okay, even though it’s still a scramble in and out of the van. Simple as that.

We had wonderful trip. Charles pick up directly from our hotel, and brought us back. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk guide. Sea-to-Sky corridor is as beautiful as the destinations found along the way. My favorite time was falls, and exploring some of the area’s towering trees, and the roaring falls above.

My wife and I, had an amazing experience with this tour. The weather was excellent, a perfect sunny day. Charles picked us in time, was very friendly, treated us as “VIP”and had a lot of knowledge about the trip area, showing us a lot of points of interest along the way. The views were beautiful. Shannon falls and Horseshoe bay were amazing. Whistler is a nice town, we enjoyed our visit and our lunch there. We recommend this trip.

The driver cum guide, Charles was late for half an hour. He told us he dont know how to get to the hotel front and we have to lug our luggage to his car parked 2 blocks away. Nobody told us that the sea to sky gondola was closed, so the trip was cut short.
When we reach Whistler, he drive us around briefly explain what is in Whistler but he also drive us to see houses and telling us how much it cost. We go to Whistler for sightseeing and not buying houses. So I told him to send us to the hotel.
I know that getting a shuttle from Vancouver hotel to Whistle cost CAD 79. This tour cost an extra CAD 120 more just to stop at Horse Shoe Bay and Shannon Falls is not worth it at all.

We were picked up at our hotel at 8:20am. Charlie was a fabulous tour guide/driver. We ended up having a private tour to Whistler and the whole day was amazing. Charlie is so much fun and so personable. The stops in Stanley Park and Shannon Falls were great. Charlie drove us around Whistler so we could get our bearings before we had 4 hours on our own. We were able to take the gondola up to Blackcomb and the Peak-to-Peak gondola over to Whistler and then back down the mountain. The views are amazing. We had lunch in the village and did a little shopping before we met back up with Charlie. It was great to let someone else do the driving so we could take in the beautiful scenery on the Sea to Sky Highway. We were dropped back off at our hotel by 6pm. We would highly recommend this tour when in Vancouver, BC.
