If I had known it was a yellow taxi picking us up I would gave just grabbed a taxi when we arrived. Would have been cheaper! And the driver made us walk back up to departures because in his words it’s too busy to drive to arrivals.

We were promised a limousine and were given a standard taxicab. Further, your phone system for contacting you upon our arrival at the airport terrible. The line was staticky and extremely difficult to hear or understand instructions being given to us by your representative. While the driver was accommodating and courteous the process of connecting us to the driver was very poor.

The private limosine at $145 Canadian from the airport to downtown Vancouver was an old taxi ! Normal taxi fares are $45 Canadian.
After years of using successfully Viator this was a huge and expensive let down.

It was a bit complicated at the beginning of me trying to contact the service..After I gather my bags, I called per instructions. I was transferred 3 times until I was connected to my driver… .once the taxi arrived, it was a smooth, quick safe ride to my hotel in downtown Vancouver. I have to admit I was surprised I was picked up by a Taxi, since The promo just says Private transport.

The communication on where to meet was extremely poor and when I did find driver the veichle was supose to be a large van to acomadate my family and our luggage but it was not and was told we don’t have any vans evev though thy advertise them and was told some of us to go in small veichle and the rest catch a cab at our cost extremely unhelpfully especially as we were only a Groupon 5
