Decided to get a private transfer to the airport to avoid the stress. I did this is in Paris via Viator & was thoroughly happy & relieved of not having to deal with all the unnecessary stress in an unfamiliar country. It’s well worth the expense!!! I highly recommend it!

We were charged even though the company later said they were booked. If they were booked up, they should not have charged us or accepted the booking! They said we had to work with a viator rep to get our money back instead of they letting. Oat or know directly!

Raza our driver from Carmel limo company was absolutely charming and professional. Pick up was on time, car was clean. We traveled with an eldery family member who uses an electric scooter and Raza was very helpful loading it along with all our luggage.

The car never showed up!! I had to call and then they sent us a taxi, which cost $35 when I paid $99 for this service!! Carmel Limousine did not come through!!!! Car was supposed to be there at 10am and by the time they sent the taxi it was almost 10:45! I want to be refunded the difference of $64!!!

No communication on pick up time and where they would meet us, Driver got a parking ticket picking us up, got mad, using F-bombs to the airport. I would love to write the whole story, but am limited to how much I can write. We will not be caling them again.

The arrival was late. I never spect a regular Taxi to come to pick us up. It says in the information private transport and shows good reference cars.
Ride was not so smooth. A couple of times changing line like someone was chasing us.
