The van was crowded. The conditions at Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal were chaotic and the van had very little room to maneuver. The driver was not very communicative, which led to confusion when he stopped at the first airport terminal on the route. I expected better service relative to the cost of this transfer.

Excellent! Was there to pick us up with a sign, got us to the airport in no time, even walked us inside to show us where to go in the terminal. We would use again for sure! Much better than an Uber or taxi. Thank you for ending our cruise with no hassles.

Was very frustrated that they said they were picking us up at 9:00 a.m. when we had provided our fight showing we weren’t flying out until 5:55 p.m. Told them we weren’t going with them to sit in the airport for 9 hours. Threatened the cancellation wouldn’t be refunded. I told them their site said they would coordinate with our flights. They sent an email and said they would pick us up at 2:00 p.m. from a nearby hotel. We asked the hotel if they would store our luggage and they did…For FREE! Shangri La Hotel, Sydney…You Rock!
Shuttle driver wasn’t personable at all and was heavy on the brakes.
Felt unnecessary stress when they said they were picking us up at 9:00 a.m. Glad it worked out. But, shouldn’t have had to fight for it like I did.

There was a bit of a wait for our driver to show up, but when he did, it didn’t take too long to find all three of our parties and gather up the luggage and passengers. The ride was nice, zig-zagging through Sydney’s downtown traffic and finally to a parkway which took us to the airport. We were unloaded at the terminal in plenty of time to catch our flight. A good trip!

Worst experience ever for Shuttle.
Could not get off the ship in time for my estimated pick. Up time so the shuttle left us. Had to wait for the next shuttle with no guarantee we would even get on it. Shuttle driver not friendly at all. Doesn’t even help put luggage in the van of get it out. I tip but not to him.

Didn’t happen !when we booked was given a pick up time just 9.00 – 15.00 , didn’t have wifi while away only when we arrived in port in Sydney , had a time 10.00am I messaged to let them know we were still on the cruise ship and as our flight was not until 15.40 we were put in later time to come off the ship which was suppose to be 9.15 , we had lined up to get off at 8.00 but didn’t get off until almost 1pm and got a message back telling me we were late and to find my own way to airport , not happy what a waste of money , will not be using this service again !

I had a transfer booked for a 8:30am transfer from the port of Sydney to the airport.
I arrived at the pickup point at 8:20. The shuttle wasn’t there. I called the company at 8:40 and was told my appointment was for 9:00 am which wasn’t true. My copy of invoice showed 8:30. The driver arrived 10 minutes later and stated that there were 2 other passenger scheduled for the same ride at 9:00 am. Guess they wanted to combine both. Finally at 9:15, I told the driver we had to leave or I’d miss my flight.
He called the office and we then left. Luckily I made my flight.
