Shuttle was half an hour late although they did call to inform.
No air con on the shuttle and drivers driving was poor along the point cook highway.

I understand that this is a shuttle service, which means you collect passengers along the way. This did not happen, we doubled back to hotels, we drove out to Trinity Beach and then back into Cairns. After almost 90 mins on the bus we were still in Cairns. We were parked for 15mins on the side of the road while they bussed another passenger out to meet us when we decided to hop off and take an Uber.
This service is fine if you have no time constraints but we had passengers on our trip who missed their tour in Port Douglas.
Personally would not recommend, an Uber is the same price and more reliable.

BEWARE We booked and thought the cost was $92.44 for 2 people. Then we were charged $133 on our visa as they converted our fee to USD.
The driver and the trip was very good but got over charged. No response to our email back regarding this issue

It was a very disappointing trip No memorable experience at all. Our bus had no air conditioning for the 2 hour trip we couldn’t open a window it was an old bomb and there was no Oasis Logo on the bus.
The Fan belt was so loud the whole trip even the driver commented on it !!! That’s how bad it was. The motor was also very loud and it could hardly get the bus up the very small hills. The trip was absolutely disgraceful and nothing to what was advertised on the Oasis Website. I would never recommend Oasis service to anyone. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Oasis about our experience over the last 2 weeks and with no response.

Coming up from Adelaide to meet my new granddaughter who had been born 2weeks early
Usually my daughter would pick me up from the airport but she had only just had bubs the night before so I said I’d catch a shuttle bus up to Pt Douglas as closer to where they live in Jullaten in the hinterland to make it easy fir them & then hubby came down to pick me up making fir a much shorter trip
