    We had to wait almost two hours to be taken to our transport which was a 10 minute walk. The driver was ill mannered and would not give us any time range for departure. His only response was “just wait”!

    Very poor service. Company would not confirm a time for pick-up prior to arrival.
    Then once arriving at meeting point and advised of arrival said it would be 20 minutes and shuttle arrived an hour later.

    I was not picked up by the service. I was only provided with the vague detail of a person with a sign showing up in the baggage collection area. Unfortunately, this is quite a large area and as I’m short, I needed to be in the correct location to be able to see the person with the sign. So, for half an hour I dragged my case and my carry-on baggage from one end of the terminal to the other. I did stop at the Information desk to enquire as to whether they knew where the person from the service was likely to be standing and was told they were not aware of people from the service showing up in the terminal. They advised me where that type of shuttle was allowed to park and suggested I go and sit on the seating provided in that area. After the half an hour of walking back and forth with the cases, I needed to sit down and was fairly sure I would be less likely to see the person with the sign if I was not sitting down close to where the person with the sign was standing. So, I went to the location the Information desk provided as to where the shuttle should have been parked and the signage along the way backed up the location provided by the Information desk. Unfortunately, the shuttle did not park there and when they arrived (wherever it was they parked), they attempted to contact me via the phone, but I could not hear the phone ringing, because it was constantly noisy in the area by was sitting. When I did go back into the Terminal some time later and saw there were messages, I rang them back, but it was too late and there were no other shuttles coming out to the airport (apparently) and no chance of a refund, because I hadn’t been at the location in terminal when they were there. Complete waste of money. I eventually took a taxi instead and it cost the same as the shuttle, so I would recommend taking the taxi, because they have a precise location where you can find them.

    Great service for 8 of us! It was so nice to have a ride for our group when we arrived in Sydney Australia.

    We flew into the international airport. Driver was late and called us to walk to the van on our own. He then asked if it was ok if he picked someone up from the domestic terminal ( as if it was a choice). We were left in the van for 45 min while he collected the other fare. It was hot and we had no idea where we were. No idea of toilets or where we could get a drink. The driver said not to leave the van. When we txt him to find out where he was he said the dags were late and if we weren’t happy we should have booked a private transfer. There was not apology and the driver seemed pissed off with us asking why it was taking so long. Basically he said it’s your choice to get another ride if you don’t like it. We were tired and late. We had one night in Sydney and we missed dinner with friends. It was 2 hrs from when we landed to being dropped to our accommodation. He just took our bags out of the van and didn’t even talk to us on leaving. Very rude. We would have asked for a refund but felt we would have been told exactly where to go. Not happy.

    Well, i wish there was one.
    No one picked me up, no one showed up and no one was available on the phone. I have not received a call or a message explaining why no one was there, The payment however, you received without problems.
    a requested refund has not yet been responded to, arrived nor has an apology. Can I expect it or do i have to pay for a service that never happened??
    I had to take a train and cab. Fancy paying for that? Yeah, me neither.

    I was found by Go Sydney as soon as I left the plane in the meeting place. Escorted to the van that transported us to our hotel. Very easy and timely. Definitely using them tomorrow for transportation to the pier for a cruise.

    Only complaint was the clarity of where to pick up shuttle prior to arrival. Had to phone to get more information regarding pick up.

    I booked the shuttle 4 times. The first 3 times were excellent with a great driver for the 3 times. On the 4th booking I our trans Pacific flight was changed by 2 1/2 hours. I called in to request a later pick up but could not get a live person. I then received a text saying the pick up could not be changed. I responded that I did not want the pick up. The driver did come despite me cancelling.

    I was traveling alone and wanted to have a transport with a reputable company. No one was waiting with my name at the baggage claim. I walked around the area and even outside looking for the transfer representative. I couldn’t find anyone. I asked airport staff for assistance and they looked also. Finally gave up and took a cab. After I was almost at the hotel, received a text saying the transfer was outside the airport waiting for me. HOW was I supposed to know this? I didn’t.

    Great, low-hassle way to get from the airport to our hotel. Our driver was very good about finding us at baggage claims and quickly moving us to the van to leave.

    Both drivers upon arrival and departure were very prompt and each dricer was friendly. We enjoyed the services provided and the knowledge they provided along each route.

    The driver left because it took greater than hour to get baggage, go through customs and biosecurity because of the long lines. After we came out the Go Sydney Shuttle rep told us we had too much luggage (even though I paid for extra luggage and a mobility scooter in advance). We were told we had to either wait 4 hours for 1 shuttle and that wouldn’t be enough or find our own way. After contacting viator we did not get a refund for this or the excess luggage fee we paid for this trip and trip to the port that we cancelled. I’d never use this service again. My other tours through viator were great but DO NOT USE Go Sydney Shuttle!

    I booked the shuttle, had no communication from the driver and due to a flight delay was left stranded at the airport at night as apparently that was the last shuttle (It was 7.15pm on a Friday!!) I rang the help number and the customer service person was rude and unprofessional.
