Loved it! the view to the ice domes were beautiful, the tour guide was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and food was delicious. definitely worth the money and time. only downside is there isn’t much reindeer to see, probably just 3 when I visited. But they weren’t our priority so we didn’t mind. heads up, the reindeers are just outside the ice domes, there’s no need to follow the lights xD

Procedure: approx. 1.5h transfer by coach (approx. 50 people); Arrival with recommended use of the toilet (only 2 toilets available); Reception at the Ice Restaurant with a short video about the Domes and some facts about reindeer; Ice Bar with non-alcoholic ice shot and stories about the polar expedition; about half an hour of free time (you can move freely the whole time, you are not forced to listen all the time); at the exit of the Domes there is an enclosure with 4 reindeer (no petting, no feeding); Afterwards, food (lamb stew or veggie variant) and warm drinks are served in the Ice Restaurant (more portions possible), at the end you are told the departure time of the bus, until then you have free time again; Duration: 10:45-16:00; Guides were friendly, everything was fine; it was interesting but not a real highlight, at least not at this price point. If you have a tight schedule, you could do without it

In one word….fantastic. Visiting the ice dome and having lunch inside a real iglo was a lifetime experience. Also a nice presentation given by local Sami guides about food and culture. Next to the domes there was a small ground with a fence that had around 3-4 reindeers that you could photograph from a distance. Really recommended!!
