Really awesome! Approx. 30min coach ride to the Villmarkssenter. Luckily there were only about 25 people with us. Then we were divided into groups (10 people) (self-drivers, co-drivers). You get strict instructions on how to drive, which is really necessary. Then you have some time with the dogs. Unfortunately, the 3 puppies were already 5 months old and therefore almost fully grown. The sleigh ride was GREAT, about 50 minutes, with a change halfway through. The guides are always helpful and ask for photos. The animals are very trusting and in need of love. At the end there is reindeer stew or couscous and as much heating equipment as you want. Then you can go back to the dogs. It’s all pretty tightly scheduled. But that didn’t bother us. The guides were very polite and always up for a joke. We would strongly recommend the additional thermal suits!! It’s getting really cold on the sled. The small group size was really awesome!

Absolutely incredible. A must do! We did the self drive and loved it! Highlight of trip so far. Did it for my 30th birthday and the tour guides were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. Made a big fuss and even put a candle on the piece of cake we were all given! The reindeer stew was lovely! And dogs were very cute and had a cuddle with them. Dogs get a gold star ⭐️ definitely one for dog people! Best part of the trip! Worth every Penny!

Fantastic experience overall! Just a heads up – the track does go up and down a bit so if you’ve opted to “drive”, you’ll have to do a bit of running at times! So if you have heart problems or anything like that, it’s probably best that you just opt to be a passenger. The only slight criticism is that the sledding part could be a little bit longer – you get about 50 minutes on the sled, so if you’re doing it as a pair, you’ll drive for about half that, then switch with your passenger. I think if the actual sledding went for about an hour, it would be better.
