No mention that the viewing gallery was in white out. Given rain check valid for 7 days. Came back next day but not told shut on Tuesday and Wednesday. Leaving town on Wednesday. Complete waste of money.

Enjoyed seeing the city with a birds eye view. Especially enjoyed the sunset. It was a bit crowed. The ledge was blocked due to people sitting in front of the windows. Recommend you go before 5pm to avoid the crowds.

I made reservations online for a 10:15 appointment. When we arrived early as suggested we found out that the Sydney Tower Eye did not open until 11:00 am. Why were we able to make a reservation for 10:15 on your website. Very unhappy and requested that we receive a full refund. Still waiting to hear back from Vendor

The 4D experience before heading up in the lifts is seriously out of date content wise (it still shows the Sydney Monorail running!!) and the tech doesn’t work all that well.
Overall worth a visit but book ahead to save.
