This is a really good, well planned excursion! Our tour guide was very interactive and made us feel comfortable. The coach is double decker comfy and clean. On your way to the alps you get a good sightseeing tour of Zurich aswell. I’m in my twenties and thought it was amazing, so it’s definitely good for young people. Also our tour group was very diverse which was lovely. As a black woman, I felt safe and included. The alps ( mount tills) part of the trip is one of the most extraordinary views most people would see if their lifetime. I can’t recommend it enough but just make sure you wear thermals and all the proper snow clothing to keep warm! The food in the restaurant up there is very yummy too (mainly the fries haha). The only downfall was that we didn’t get to do the snow tubing (not sure why) which we were excited about! Overall the trip is well worth the money, you won’t regret it at all!

We only had a couple of days in Zurich and glad we used one to take this trip. The schedule was excellent allowing ample time in both Lucerne and Titlus. The guide was informative, attentive and humorous. The views from the summit were breathtaking and spectacular. Highly recommend.

The mountain was beautiful. I do have some feedback in regards to the tour. 1. thinks they need a better description of how long you will be staying in Lucerne for before the tour starts.
I also was disappointed with the communication of the mountain stops. We were told not to be late and that the last lift down was at 4:10. To be considerate we left early only to arrive at the bottom with the only option being an Indian restaurant?? there was nothing- to do .. If we would have know we could have stayed at one of the other stops- though I am not sure what was at the first stop which we were told to skip.

It was a fantastic day trip. We really enjoy the various spots in mount Titlis.we had enough time in mount Titlis.,The guide Miss Anna was very knowledgeable and informative. She made the whole trip lively. However, there was not enough time for lunch meal if one wishes to explore Lucerne within one hour. So we instead had lunch there instead of exploring Lucerne. My suggestion is to allow food on board of the tour bus so that we can maximise the tour. However, this is a small thing to me as our main aim was to enjoy mount Titlis which this tour did not disappoint us. Many thanks to tour guide Miss Anna!

Great trip from Zurich, not too far away, about 1/2 hours on a bus, definitely worth it! Lucerne is a very charming and beautiful city, very pleasant to walk around and enjoy the local architecture. Then Mount Titlis is a lot of fun, specially when it’s snowing. The tour guide Rebeca is excellent, she’s a very nice Swiss lady, always smiling and available for you.

Maybe I’m coming across as unfair, I will let you decide. The 4 of us booked this tour months ago & there were constant emails to‘ Viator’ that we were desperate to go ‘snow tubing’ on our excursion from Zurich, via Lucerne, where we got less than the promised hour, which isn’t enough time anyway! On arrival at Mount Titlis, despite having been told several times by Viator that if snow tubing was not available there then we could do this in another area, it became evident that this was not the case! We booked this trip especially and even paid extra for winter sports cover on our travel insurance which added a substantial sum to this trip which was anything but cheap. This was the main reason for my trip to Switzerland in the first place!! What we did see & do was interesting & enjoyable, our guide Francesca was knowledgeable & lovely. Would I recommend Viator to anyone else… probably not. I spent so much time & effort contacting them to do the one thing I wanted to do, they knew that took my money & were never going to be able to deliver on their promise.

I would say overall the experience was very very good. Mount Titlis was breathtaking and it was snowing which added to the overall ambiance. I do wish our tour guide provided us with a greater history of Switzerland or general facts. I think that is a really cool aspect of the trips that you get with local guides and I didn’t feel like this specific guide provided that.

The Titlis mountain was definitely a journey worth taking. It was such a fun experience. From cliff walk (bridge), Ice Flyer, Glacier cave, photo opportunities, and the cable car for views were all amazing. Though I wish the Lucerne trip was longer, and wish I knew that I had to walk to the Lion monument as I was under the impression that we were going to stop there by bus. A walk there, and then a walk around Lucerne seems like a rush, and that was me walking around without the Lion monument. If I did the Lion monument, I would definitely be late to the bus for going to Titlis.

But to say Lucerne was a part of this trip is deceptive. We spent all of 15 minutes in Lucerne.
