A memorable experience of Scotland’s landscapes, the clean fresh air and exciting stories of the Scottish people.

Fraser was really good. We did other tours and I would say he is among the best. He put on some scottish music which was really good and his explanations were clear and also funny at Times. We recommand it 👍

The Loch Ness tour on the water was great. Alicister history stories were interesting.I like the quick photo stops also.

Our tour was great. William was a total pro! He gave us amazing historical information while driving through the highlands. He gave us plenty of photo stops and topped the trip off with the “Hairy Coos”.

Alister was one of the best tour guides we had. He told us the history of Scotland one our long bus ride through Scotland. He even through in some bonus stops! Told us the history behind Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace, and Robert the Bruce. It was fascinating! He made sure to tell us all the local spots to use the restroom, and where to eat! Really did a wonderful job. The Scottish Highlands were beautiful! Unlike anything I’ve ever seen in the states. HIGHLY recommend this tour! Go see the Hairy Coo!

Anthony was great Grest Host Guide Sidekick
Provided a fun and informative trip
The bus losing lift was not Anthony’s fault

What an awesome day. This trip was somewhat of a homecoming for me as my ancestors came from this region. It was amazing to see the Lochs, Glens, Braes and Bons in person. Our tour guide Fraiser was a great story teller and had the perfect playlist to accompany the day. He had us all singing Loch Lomand by the end of the tour. It is a long day on the bus and it may moot be the best tour if you have young children but there were frequent breaks to get out and take photos and stretch your legs. If you only have one day to visit the Highlands this is a great tour.

Honestly, we were a bit worried about a 13 hour tour but the way it was planned made it so manageable. Lots of stops. So much to see. And The Highlands were MAGNIFICENT! Our tour guide Anthony was so knowledgeable, told great stories and gave us down time on the bus just when we needed it. Take the Loch Ness boat tour, not much to do in the town and it was a nice break. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it.

We had an awesome tour with Michael of Hairy Coos! He made the long trip fun and exciting! I appreciated Scotland’s culture and history more after the tour. Kudos to all of you!!!

  15. Mafalda_B

John was an unbeliveable tour guide and made the whole trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone as I have learned so much and saw amazing places.

Our trip started from Edinburgh. The organisers were the hairy coo. The tfip was excellent with John. He was a great driver guide for the entire tour. His marvellous stories made us laugh and enjoy every bit of the trip. It was a great trip and special thanks to John, the king of north😎

Wonderful day in the beautiful Highlands! Fraser was an excellent guide. We loved learning all the history.

  18. Georgia_C

This trip was completely worth it. Beautiful scenery, adorable little village stops, great chance to see the highlands. We did the Loch Ness cruise and it was great to get out on the water and see the sonar. Our tour guide John P. Was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and funny. Plenty of pee breaks and opportunities to take pictures. I finally got to meet and pet a real Hairy coo! Would recommend again and again!

  19. Jorge_B

This trip was hosted by Frazier an amazingly informative guide and also fun. Craig our driver could absolutely thread a needle with the bus! The stops were fun and often. We packed a lunch as suggested so we could see more rather than wait in line to buy food. The journey to and on Lake Ness was an excellent end to our trip to Scotland. We will be back. Do we recommend this tour? As Frazier taught us Aye! We do!

The scenery was awesome. But 13 hours in a bus just for a one hour boat ride was not worth it. We had an excellent tour guide John p. The amount of travel time meant we had only 45 minutes for lunch yay 2 pm and no dinner until we returned at 9pm. I might admit that you can’t do a day trip to Loch Ness from Edinburgh.
