Our Tour driver Brian Smith was very friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. He is very good with his stories and I learned so much history of Scotland by just listening to him. Very entertaining and always clear with his instructions and keeping us safe.
    I highly recommend this trip.
    Thank you Brian. SandrahX

Pablo was a very friendly and informative guide. Definitely a lot of time sitting in the bus but it was worth it for all of the beautiful sights we got to see. I think my only suggestion would be to change the final stop from Pitlochry to something else. At least in November, there was really nothing to do by the time we got there around 5:30. Overall a very good experience.

First off, the guides were amazing. Pablo and Giacomo were knowledgeable, friendly and a lot of fun. I was unaware that I would be on a bi-lingual tour (English and Italian) and would have to wear headphones the entire trip but it wasn’t so bad. My transmitter went out a few times but Pablo was quick to fix it for me. The spots we visited were breathtakingly beautiful. Even the rain and fog couldn’t hide the natural beauty of the landscapes. Loch Ness was peaceful and serene. My only negative is the mode of transportation. I was under the impression we would be on a nice coach bus for this 12 hour tour. We were not. Apparently since our group was smaller they crammed us on a 19 passenger minibus. To say it was uncomfortable would be an understatement. It was the single most miserable travel experience of my life. There was zero leg room. I’m only 5’5″ and was miserable. I can’t imagine how the taller people were feeling. The guys behind me were constantly adjusting in their seats and would hold on to my seat to do so. Basically the entire trip my hair was being pulled, my seatbelt being tugged and while they weren’t doing it on purpose, it made for an awful trip. I was seated next to Pablo and behind the driver. Pablo knew I was miserable and after the first stop (over an hour away), he gave me his seat so I would have more room for my legs. There is no way I could’ve done the entire trip if he hadn’t. I can’t believe the company feels this minibus is a proper way to transport people on a 12 hour trip. I especially feel bad for the amazing guides like Pablo and Giacomo who must travel like that regularly. Apparently it is very common in the off season to end up on the minibuses.

Our guide Pablo was amazing!! He is so knowledgeable and so passionate about sharing information about Scotland. I think this was the perfect tour for the price and included many great things to see, a comfortable and heated bus, and a great guide that kept the trip interesting the whole time. I loved the stop at the Three Sisters, they are spectacular to see so close up. The only thing was that at the last stop, because it is winter and the sun sets so early, there was not much to see or do. Otherwise, a very great time and I would definitely recommend this tour!

Place is nice but Bus was not comfortable and speakers were not working or guide voice was not reaching to us.

  6. Aditi_W

Great tour guide and very informative, we went to many great spots, got great photos. Definitely recommend this tour if you are not feeling comfortable driving your self.

So the coach was amazingly clean and well maintained. The sites seen were gorgeous and well thought out. My guide was so kind and knowledgeable BUT he was the only other English speaker on the tour. This tour is mainly for Spanish and Italian Speakers only. All the overhead announcements or information passed on was all in Spanish. Even the poor guide wasn’t included in things so he couldn’t pass these things on.
The English speakers were clearly an afterthought and sort of isolated. As a solo traveler this was a disappointment.
I contacted the operator and literally the answer was ” What’s the problem? You had your own guide.”

Three sisters is a wonderful place in Edinburgh! Luckily it was a sunny day! I learned a lot of history from tourist guide Leo , very nice and helpful.
    Thank you!

See Loch Ness for first time. Nothings else to say. Music on bus too loud and obnoxious. Not sure who decides what and how loud but they should be replaced.

My only complaint… we had a friends book the same tour and they went on a different bus.. they had more stops than we did and their tour guide was funnier and more talkative… my daughter and i were only like 4 English speakers on the whole boss… we had a little headphones he talked to is through but it was annoying to wear the headphones the whole bus trip so we missed him talking sometimes.. but paolo was very nice and did a great job

Nothing memorial as we spent 10 hrs in the bus out of 12.
The tour is not atall worth. It’s a waste of time and money. The other problem was the group. It consist of more than 30 people

  16. Kristina_H

I only had a few days to explore and this was the best way to see the most in a short time. With a great mix of history and comedy, the 12 hours went by fast!

  17. Shawn_L

A great tour led by great guides. The bus was comfortable and even when we helped bring extra people on board because they had bus issues. Pablo is a great storyteller and led us on a great audio tour. We stopped at some very beautiful spots on our way too and from Loch Ness. It was a great solo experience. I can’t wait to take my family and will definitely be using this group.

The Highlands trip was awesome. Our tour guide Leo made it a great experience with his charming stories that were perfectly timed with the outside surroundings and the music he played on the bus.
Shoutout also to our bus driver Marcello who made us feel safe on the bus all the time.

  19. Sherwin_L

Had a great time doing this tour! 💯
Leo did an amazing work in ensuring everyone is comfortable and constantly looking after themselves which is very important. Leo showed how well-versed he is with Scottish folklore and history. Leo and Sidra are good match with their humour and positive vibe. Couldn’t be any happier and I highly recommend this tour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
