Tebogo Siwela was the best! He knows a lot about the city. He told us about the history, the music and more. We felt really safe with him and the lunch after was typical African, just what we hoped for!

Great tour seeing the centre of Johannesburg, learning a bit about the history and seeing a lot of art. Tebogo was a great guide and knew where you were safe. He got us a taxi to go through an area that was a little dangerous. Otherwise no trouble at all!

The whole tour was like a great movie and I actually wished it never ended… The historic Johannesburg and the launch at Mabonne…

I had a great time with Sibongile on this tour! We took a long walk around Johannesburg and finished with a nice Braai lunch. She always made sure about the safety and even helped me to order Uber on the way back to the hotel. She even double checked I arrived safely. Thank you Sibongile! 😍

Did this tour with my mother last month – Kutlwano, our guide, was very knowledgeable and shared interesting insights and honest opinions as he walked us to some very interesting parts of the City. The traditional lunch provided was also great. Moreover, Kutlwano kindly followed up with suggestions on what else we need to see in the city.

Our guide, Tebogo was excellent!!! It was a very informative and interesting tour. This was our first trip to Johannesburg and we didn’t want to miss seeing and learning about some of the city areas, but knew that a local guide would be best. Tebogo walked us through Newtown, past Workers Museum & Chancellor House, down Main St, and then to Gandhi Square where he got us an uber to Jewel City and Maboneng Precinct, which were lively even for a Sunday. The music, arts & crafts, and people were awesome, and then we ended with a yummy braai meal at a local place (the chakalaka was delicious). Definitely recommend this tour & learning about local life in Johannesburg. Good luck with your studies, Tebogo!

I really recommend this tour. Mathapelo was a perfect guide and she answered all the questions I had.

We had a wonderful walk with Mathapelo! Not only one can get a piece of colorful Joburg but also listen to the complicated history of SA. We felt taken care of and were very satisfied! We higly recommend that tour!
