The boat was crowded and noisy with lots of screaming kids. More like a family free for all with kids running everywhere. Captain can out for a smoke and blew it all over the customers. The best bit was getting off.

It was a very short tour. The tour lasted less than 1 hour. Was expecting to see more. No coffee or tea was served.

The lady at the terminal was very rude and abrupt with us. We didn’t realise you do 1 hour one way then get off for half an hour and get back on and do 1 hour the other way. We were not impressed with that, we just did down stream and had enough.

I was really impressed that they offered a partial refund when the high water levels (out of their control) meant the trip would have to be 1hr instead of 2.
Sound system needs improvements, as it wasn’t working at the start and hard to hear later. I would have liked to hear some more Aboriginal history and perspectives around the Yarra. But otherwise a good tour, enclosed so the weather wasn’t an issue, good sights

The down river portion of the cruise was the best. Wasn’t much to see up river. By going down river as the second part of the cruise, I had a good overall impression of the cruise. Had I done the up river portion second, my impression of the cruise would have been less favorable. The Captain interjected some good humor on the down river portion to the Docklands.
