Great way to see the further sights of the Cairo area without having to worry about transportation. Good mix of guided and ‘free time’. Only improvement would be a little more background on the history vs just ‘this is x’.

This tour was just okay. We were excited to go inside a pyramid and see certain writing and decorations but that was apparently closed (obviously to no fault of anyone). The guide and driver were lovely, but the tour itself wasn’t very engaging. It was a little tough to communicate with our guide — they were knowledgeable and could give their speech about each stop but couldn’t answer any of our questions or hold additional conversations. It was a nice alternative to Giza if you want a chill day, and lunch was really good, but I think we would’ve opted to stay home if we could do it over.

Loved this tour. Our guide was easygoing, understood, as mature aged travellers was happy for us to wander about at our pace. Places we visited were interesting and he was very knowledgeable. One of the best tours we have done this trip. Would happily recommend.

Private familiy visit to Saqqara, Dahshur, and Memphis with Rafa, our Spanish-speaking guide. Rafa picked us up at the scheduled time from the hotel, a little earlier than planned to avoid cairo peak traffic. The driver was very friendly and a great driver. The visit consisted of exploring the stepped pyramid of Saqqara, the pyramids of Dahshur, and the Memphis museum. We enjoyed the day and the guide’s explanations very much. Finally, he took us to a local- touristic restaurant . The food was delicious, and we were able to try Egyptian dishes on our first day in the country.

The experience was OUTSTANDING! Both the driver/guide and tour/guide went beyond and above making this experience the best day of my life. The driver was so patient and was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture. The tour guide was so proficient in the knowledge of Ancient Egypt and the sites we visited. He carefully discussed in a fun learning way and made the tour extra entertaining with his sense of humor. Both the driver and guide work excellently together. I was so fortunate and wish everyone gets the very best treatment that I did. 10,000 Star recommendation!! You will come out of this experience feeling beyond satisfied. Great great job!

Saqqara is an absolute must for travellers to Egypt. Our tour guide, Walid, was most knowledgeable. Also on our tour we visited Dahshur and Memphis. My words would not do the tour justice – it was a real eye-opener, showing the incredible depth of history of Egypt. Suffice to say it is imperative to do this tour if you are Cairo.

The private tour started 27 minutes late after I called to inquire the location of their personnel. The car was old, dirty, and A/C was poor. The guide and Egyptologist were nice but as a result of today’s experience, I cancelled my City Tour. Fool me once….

A brilliant opportunity to visit the Saqqara pyramids, Memphis complex and Dashur pyramids. Having the chance to enter 2 of the pyramids was incredible.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of history that helped bring the landmarks to life.
Tried to sell a visit to a carpet shop at the end of the trip to try and get me to buy things I didn’t need. But the overall experience was great and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time visiting the 3 sites at Dashur, Sakkara and Memphis. Lunch was excellent. Nahed was a very good guide. I didn’t like spending almost 2 hours shopping and waiting for the cartouches that my friends ordered to be ready. There wasn’t any pressure to buy, but it was a waste of time for me.
