An amazing and beautiful place but so sad how we treated convicts. the park is set out, so it is easy to get around.

Small group, covid safe, the tour guide/driver is professional and punctual. Full day trip provides a good chance to learn the local history. Recommended!

Port Arthur is an amazing place with such an interesting history. There is so much to see, and I feel I gained a new appreciation for the convict history of the area. The tour was a very convenient way to get between Hobart and the historic site.

Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Matt was kind, friendly and helpful. He kept us entertained on the bus with his knowledge of Tasmania and Port Arthur. The time given for the tour was excellent. There was no rush or excessive time waiting around. Highly recommended!

Port Arthur intro tour was an excellent introduction to the site. It gave us enough info for us to decide what we wanted to get more info on after the tour.

There was never a dull moment on our full-day Port Arthur Historic Site Tour. My partner and I arrived at 9:30 am and departed at 4:30 pm, and throughout the day we always had something to see and do. We covered almost everywhere on the grounds that was open to the public, on top of doing the included 45 minute guided tour and harbour cruise.
I didn’t get to do the Isle of the Dead Tour when I last visited the Port Arthur Historic Site 13 years ago, so we did the tour this time. It was well worth the price we paid and we enjoyed getting to step foot on the Isle and see all the ancient gravestones. Being driven to Port Arthur Historic Site provided us with the convenience we needed to get to and from the site safely while having a nap on the way there and back after a long day exploring the grounds. I’d definitely recommend this tour as a convenient way to see Port Arthur Historic Site.

I liked that I could explore Port Arthur at my own pace. And having transport to and from meant I didn’t have to worry about how to get there.

Loved the trip, just felt like it should be an hour shorter so we could visit Salamanca markets as well on a Saturday. Loved our guide, lots of jokes and fun on the journey.

Convicts walking tour was excellent. The guide was very friendly and explained the history of the site in a memorable way.

A definite recommend. Includes a start off mini tour that sets you up for the day and sets the premise. One day is a but less to see everything, but great to get an overview. Includes an informative harbour cruise which is great

We enjoyed everything, possibly the best was the lady in the separate prison, she was a font of information, and we loved the 2 photos of the ghosts she showed us, all the staff were extremely pleasant, and nothing was to much for them 100%, and we loved driving backwards!!! haha
