Awesome day at sea. Staff are very friendly professional, and they will look after you when you are in the water snorkelling or scuba driving. They only take small groups, and are a family run business.
Forget the big boats, this is much more enjoyable. 5 stars

Great day on the reef with friendly, knowlegeable and helpfull crew. great to se the work the team are doing to help the reef.
Jason_R –
Very friendly multinational and experienced crew. We felt safe at all times, and a huge thank you to Jan for his personal guided tour on the reef. Thank you 🙂
Gemma_F –
I loved that the trip didn’t have too many people. I chose it because it was a smaller group. We were given freedom but also the option to have a guided tour of the reef. We saw plenty of ocean life and everything was well organised. I would definitely do it again.
Jessie_F –
Friendly staff and great snorkelling. Enjoyed having a small more intimate group. Water was stunning
Sandra_B –
The crew were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the Great Barrier Reef. The trip was well run and exactly what we were hoping for. The equipment that was provided was of good quality and obvious and stringent hygiene measures had been taken. Delicious lunch and enjoyed that the smaller group meant we met the other passengers and had some great conversations on the way to an from the reef.
Cathy_S –
The crew where absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area and sea life. Supplied lunch and afternoon tea was very delicious and all amenities on board clean. Highly recommend as extreme value for money
Amelia_L –
Crew was wonderful and catered to dietary requirements easily. They offered a range of extras like diving, go pro hire, and as it was stinger season suits were free!
Taylor_C –
Great small group tour where you get to know everyone by the end of the day. Awesome reef to snorkel or scuba dive on. Very much enjoyed the day and the freedom of being out in the ocean
Matthew_C –
The reef was beautiful. We saw a black tip reef shark and a green turtle. There were lots of fish and the coral was amazing. The day was very enjoyable! The crew were also pleasant and helpful.
Jasmine_M –
Had such a great time snorkelling! Got to see a turtle which was amazing and so many different fish and coral. All the staff were super nice and great to talk to
NikkiHiggins –
Remember your sea sickness medication. Pretty small boat so gets knocked around in the swell.
Otherwise lovely staff, food and snorkelling.
Juan_F –
Excellent experience. Crew was nice, food was delicious. Boat is enough for 20 people. Instructions clears and feel save always
Craig_T –
The reef was full of tropical fish. Well worth a visit. TKes 2 hoirs to get there by catamaran boat. Sea can be bery choppy
Gemma_H –
We had a great time, the staff were friendly and helpful, the group size was perfect. Amazing experience snorkelling the reef. highly recommend Reef Daytripper
Sarah_A –
The staff didn’t really interact with anyone. I felt like my weren’t interest in our well-being only our money. As crew and living here they should not have taken anyone out today with conditions like today. My husband was sea sick all day which was a downer on my experience as well. You couldn’t even snorkel properly and for what we saw of the reef was terrible. I feel ripped off and really want a refund for the whole day, but requested half as my partner was sick. Don’t take anyone out in that weather. Save yourself as crew unhappy customers. Very disappointing
Monique_P –
Great friendly crew. Very knowledgeable and we were super lucky with the weather as it was a glorious day.
Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars as we’ve been on similar cruises OS where food (snacks and lunch) were sensational.
So glad we did this trip as very relaxing only having a maximum capacity of 15 so we didn’t have to fight the crowds on the reef.
Highly recommend this day trip to the reef.

Seas were a little rough but Captain and crew made sure everyone was comfortable. Special thanks to Julienne who guided me through the snorkeling tour ( as I was quite anxious)pointing out various forms of sea life. I would recommend this tour to anyone that would like a more personal touch.

It was a scuba diving trip which was not advertised, not a Great Barrier Reef sailing trip. I would like a refund as I do not swim.

Great crew/guides and met some lovely travellers too. People with some snorkelling experience will get the most out of this experience but even as a first timer I managed to see a lot of the beautiful wildlife living in the reef. There was an easy tour and a harder tour option to choose from. Challenge yourself and you could see a turtle! Bring socks in case the flippers are not comfortable for you.
