Our guide Thien made this tour so much more than it was. He is amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. He truly loves his country and it shows in his work. There was a lot of time spent in the van but he talked to us the whole time, educating us about Chiang Mai and the tour we were on. 5 stars for Thien and his driver!!!

Amazing tour if you wish to visit Doi Inthanon in a day. Smooth pick up at our hotel and our guide Arty was so energetic and genuinely nice that made everything more enjoyable. We visited two waterfalls, the red Karen village where they offered us tea and coffee, the highest point, the twin pagodas and a local market. The “hikes” are very short and easy. Lunch and water not included but you have many stops along the way were you can refill.

This trip was great. The scenery was incredible. The waterfalls are so beautiful. The walk through the forest was so interesting. Loved seeing the twin pagodas. The lunch at the Karen village and the walk through the village was so nice. All these things were great but what made the day truly memorable was our guide, Mr. Boon. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He was happy to answer all our questions and share his beautiful country with us. He made the day truly special.
