Peter was a great driver and very amenable.
For me 1 1/2 hrs is too long in Hahndorf. It is a characterful street with shops on each side. If you want to shop for souvenirs – great. Otherwise nothing else there. At least not that we were shown.
Could also have done without the chocolate shop.
Enjoyed Maggie Beer’s farm and the wineries.
It was a long day so cutting out chocolate shop and less time in Hahndorf would have worked well.

This was an awesome day tour with big boy Sam. He was very friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. Sam tried to cater to the interests of the group and really went out of his way to ensure everyone had a great time. Thanks for an amazing day!
When on the phone to Paul he came across as rude and irritated that we called to confirm our booking. We were understandably being cautious and calling 24h before the tour. This was off putting but we were glad to be met by Sam and Aaron who was in training. Thanks again Sam!

Had a great day ,morning tea in Harndorf and a quick walk around, then up into the Adelaide hills for our first wine tasting, kersbrook hill Cav Sav bubbles was Devine . Then of to Chateau Tanunda, the history here was fab but the wine not my cup of tea.(each to their own). Final wine stop and lunch Kries
Winery. We had lunch here, I had a beautiful Lamb pie chips and salad, yum.
This was washed down with a lovely glass of their Cab Sav.
From here it’s of to Maggie Beers for some more sampling, was great.
My only displeasure was the poor state of repair of the mini bus we were travelling on. The driver was continually having to apologise due to the bouncing ride( shock absorbers shot ) and the steering being totally shot.
Please spend some money on servicing your vehicles .
