Took my money but wouldn’t respond to my correspondence when there was an issue. I went to over a dozen events in London in the past couple of weeks and this is the only one that wouldn’t reply to me. I worked hard to get a group together to go, I can see why they were reluctant based this experience

The show was really great and entertaining. The chap who played Manuel was absolutely fantastic. The food let the day down a little. The starter and desert was lovely but the chicken for the main course was awful – full of bones with very little meat. The accompanying veg were nice but the portion very small.

The whole show was magnificent! We laughed from start to finish, and they were real belly laughs. Each character was superb. Mr. faulty was great, sybil was perfect. Manuel was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this show to anyone that was a fan of the TV series Fawlty Towers. Guaranteed that they will love it like we did.

My wife and I went to the Fawlty Towers experience and had a thoroughly lovely time. The food was fantastic and as my wife and I went to the Fawlty Towers experience and had a thoroughly lovely time. The food was fantastic and for vegan diners, our needs were fully met which was a lovely surprise.
The actors playing the different roles did so with a lot of commitment and never brought character once. They were very entertaining and interacted with the audience brackets diners)our needs were fully met which was a lovely surprise.

Needless to say Basil Fawlty was his usual Basil Fawlty was his usual acerbic self and made some pointers comments towards the audience, but in a very funny way. Whilst the actors engaged with the audience, there was an overall theme of the experience which culminated in a grand finale, which had everybody cheering and clapping.
I would thoroughly recommend this experience as a fun entertaining couple of hours, coupled with some good food as well. Highly recommended!

Our memorable thoughts surround the absolutely spot on characters of Basil, Sybil and Manuel. Special chops to Basil for his superb portrayal of a range of emotions from rage to terror to downright nuttiness. Sybil, especially her voice and mannerisms, was hilarious. And Manuel brought awesome physicality to the role that elicited loud laughter and applause. Even if you’ve never heard of or seen Fawlty Towers, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable evening with a company of superbly skilled comedic actors.
