Lala was a fantastic guide and excellent driver in the dunes. He made sure we were included in all of the activities listed and never pressured us into purchasing extras but always let us know what options were available to us. He was available for questions and very knowledgeable about the area. The views in the desert were amazing and the dinner at camp was excellent. Huge portions and very good quality. Lala was always available to take photos for us and left us with great memories.
Just a heads up, the quad biking option happens when we are waiting at the meeting point for the other tour groups to congregate. if you choose not to ride quad bikes you have to wait for 30-40 minutes in a tent and just hang out while others ride. No big deal for us as we weren’t interesting in quading but good for anyone to know before booking!

We had the most amazing experience on our Desert Safari and Tour in Dubai Al Aweer Desert and Al Khayma Camp.
We were so comfortable throughout the tour, our guide, Tehseen, was extremely nice, professional, and friendly.
We booked our tour for 2 pm and he was on time! He has an impressive knowledge of Dubai’s history and desert, he provided us with invaluable information before we even left Dubai.
He picked us up in a 4×4 vehicle and offered us water, then took us for a dune bashing, then we surfed down the dunes on a sandboard, went quad biking in the desert, (everything was totally safe as they’re trained for that), and saw baby camels…
We headed to the camp and everything was great, the camp is clean, the scenery is beautiful, the staff was very attentive and the food was delicious, they have so many options for dinner, the barbecue was spectacular and the locals are making traditional handmade dishes for everyone to experience.
Our tour was premium and precious from start to finish, I can say that you guys are offering what I call special treatment for anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in the Desert.
Tehseen, our guide, was definitely the kindest!

Mr. Azmat (Driver and tour guide leader) picked us up from hotel on time and we were being greeted and served with cold drinks during our trip. Mr. Azmat explained the trip. Safari was excellent! Riding camels sandboarsing as also the driver Siddik. A fantastic experience! We booked the option without BBQ and we are glad for this. Is good to experience the safari and then return back to enjoy Dubai. Many thanks to Siddik!!! He was professional and this is paramount! At the desert we found a couple with a child crying, their driver has left them in the middle of nowhere. This was shocking for us, obliviously Siddik assist them. You must be very careful Keith the provider that you choose for the safari! Do not leave Dubai if you do not experience the Safari!

JoJo was our guide. Prompt pick up from hotel and then hour long drive to desert for first part of trip. The camel ride advertised was literally a trek of approx 100m (at most) and then turned around. Was disappointed as was expecting a longer experience than this having done camel rides in Egypt previously.
Although I had not booked the quad bike experience it was still part of the scheduled 4 hours so had to sit and wait for rest of group to finish, during which I was approached non stop by sellers trying to get me to buy their souvenirs. Made me feel uncomfortable.
Dune bashing was excellent and definitely need to take heed following the instructions and not eating for good few hours before as it’s very volatile. Unfortunately the rest of my group didn’t seem to have followed this information as then complained they was sick and wanting to throw up for rest of trip. For this reason we did not do the sandboarding part of the trip. JoJo was very good in dealing with these members of the group and giving them advice to get over the sickness.
Then was the drive back to be dropped at hotels.

Had the most fabulous day! There were only 6 of us so it was a lovely tour and we had just about enough time at every activity without getting bored or dying in the heat! Ramzan was an absolutely fantastic host who made sure our every need was catered to.

Safari was amazing, camp was fun and food was very delicious. Definitely recommended. It is worth its price.
