What a amazing day we had, the water park didn’t disappoint my 10 yr even braved the world’s tallest vertical drop slide called THE BLACKOUT! And also the shuttle service around the park was so much fun

It was too crowded. The express pass could have been proved online as a option. We need better clarity on activities, things to carry, things covered in the ticket cost etc. on the site.
had to purchase express pass at double the cost. locker charges were extra + locker was too small. Lost time in getting everything sorted, me & my family could have enjoyed better in more clarity and information.

We had a fantastic time at the water park one of the best ones we have went to. The day we went we arrived as park opened this meant there was less queuing for the flumes.
We finished off day with going tomorrow aquarium which was amazing.

Amazing day out well worth it, we spent all day park and really enjoyed going on all the slides. I suggest anyone visiting head to the futherest set of slides which is the new Trident tower and then work your way back.
PS the aquariam ticket only takes 10 mins so I would allocate to much time for that.

Although the water park is great the staff were very unhelpful when the electronic controlled lockers all crashed and we were unable to obtain our belongings from them. We waited nearly 2 hours to retrieve our things. We were unable to then visit the Lost Chambers. We had paid for a combined ticket for the Lost Chambers but the staff were not interested in the slightest or able to offer a refund as booked through yourselves and not directly? We thought 2 hours before closing time would be ok to get into the Lost Chambers and finish our day there, it was not to be and taxi back to hotel as missed our arranged transport as well. Bring back key lockers!
